This house is a delight with large rooms and a great verandah out the front looking over the valley. Water quality is a bit sus so take your own for drinking. Privacy and views.

Poor amenities for mountain bikers, was giving a checklist of things to complete before leaving, would not recommend if you would like to show up and ride bikes at derby

Very clean and tidy house in amoung farmland but still close to Derby town and trails. Quiet and well appointed place to stay. Happy to recommend for family or friends to stay to get away from the crowds.

Beautiful family home. Very peaceful. Comfortable beds ,with a well equipped kitchen . Just ten minutes out of Derby wonderful views . The sunset was amazing.
