Some minor adjustments would have made it superior. Such as holders for the shower heads and upstairs hot water issues

Easy reach to everything beach, supermarket ect.
Clean and comfortable.

Personally I thought this house was definitely value for money.
Excellent communication from the rental team, have rented a lot of apartments , villas ect over the years these are definitely among the best we have had the pleasure to deal with.
Would definitely book with them again.
.Maybe could have done with the lift working for getting up and down , but it wasn't really a problem.

could be for some others if had walking difficulties for the upper floors getting up the stairs.
