A single room apartment that had everything you need, even coffee to make a cup of real (filter) coffee in the morning). Includes kitchenette, sofa and small balcony. This is a perfect place for someone at work, travelling, or a digital nomad. Great facilities on the roof, to hang out or to work or to dip in the pool and a handy café next to the lobby, for breakfast or a beer.
The view was towards the other building 10 metres away. And if you really want to cook yourself, some stuff might be missing, like a frying pan for instance. Works perfect for a couple, not more.

Order and clean is so good. Also, the apartment is locate in the best area of Santa Cruz. The apartment is so nice.
The offer in Booking is 35 USD, however, I ended up paying 44 USD. Still, it’s a good price.
