La piscine privée est agréable et rafraîchissante. La plage se trouve de l'autre côté de la rue et le petit quartier commerçant pittoresque d'Ocean Isle est accessible à pied: jetée, magasins, restaurant, Putt Putt et un magasin de crème glacée.
Cette maison qui dispose de 2 chambres familiales, dont l’une est située au niveau inférieur, comprend une TABLE DE FOOSBALL. La deuxième chambre familiale est grande et vous trouverez que l'espace supplémentaire rend cette maison très confortable pour les grands groupes de la famille élargie. Branchement Internet haut débit pour votre ordinateur portable.
Le 31E1 a un joli bar au bord de la piscine. Une belle touche ajoutée que vous trouverez est très pratique. Gardez des boissons rafraîchissantes dans le mini-réfrigérateur pour pouvoir profiter de la piscine. Le bar comprend également deux tables en acier inoxydable de qualité commerciale de 48 pouces avec huit chaises pour profiter d'un repas relaxant au bord de la piscine (les dernières photos de l'album photo).

Great property! Great location, easy quick access to beach, shopping, restaurants, putt putt, fishing pier, etc. The pool area was awesome with great Bluetooth speakers, plenty of chairs, nice bar and eating. The home definitely lived up to prior reviews, and we had constant great communication with the owner and agent involved. My only complaint, which has nothing to do with the home, is that Ocean isle needs to step their game up in terms of food quality at their restaurants. The fact that there’s only a couple to choose from you would think the competition for customers would be fierce and one will try to Outdo the other. We also ventured to one of the local seafood markets, and they let us know that their fish was frozen and thawed out. Oh well, I guess you can’t have everything! Again, this property is great and we will definitely be back, but I will Pack my own cooler with fresh fish Prior to my departure.

First stay at OIB
We had a great stay at OIB. First of many to come. The property was great! Excellent location to the pier, coffee shop and park along with easy beach access. My only complaint would be the furniture is very bulky and takes up a lot of bedroom space. We traveled with infants and needed more space for the pack n’ plays in the rooms. Aside from that, the property was perfect!

Beautiful beach home
This was my first time using VRBO and I was a bit nervous. The process was very easy and communication with the owner went well. My family enjoyed our visit to Ocean Isle Beach and can’t wait to go again. The beach house was beautiful, just like the pictures, and had everything we needed. Even my daughters have asked to return to the same beach home.

Fantastic Family Vacation
The house was perfect for the week. Plenty of room for an extended family trip. The foozeball table, casino table, and board games made our evenings (after the babies went to bed and we were stuck in) so fun. The house had huge porches with great rocking chairs making morning coffee even better. Unfortunately we didn't get to use the pool as the recent storms made the water a tad too cool for us. But the house was so close (walking distance even for a 3 year old) to so many fun activities (beach, peir, icecream, stores, putt putt, playground/splash pad) no one seemed to care. We truly enjoyed our stay at the CoCo Cabana and hope to one day come back.

Wonderful family vacation
This home was beautiful and so accommodating for my family group of eight. There was great kid space, adult space, and lovely outdoor spaces. The owner thought of everything from a well stocked kitchen to beach toys. We would definitely recommended this home.
