Location, pools and hot tub

A play area for children would be a great addition. The kitchen pots and pans need replacement as they Teflon is scratched and toxic. Deeper cleaning would be good. On arrival the trash cans were full. The house can use a bit of TLC. Windows don't open, and ventilation was a problem. The main floor slider screen comes off the track and is holey.

There was no breakfast! Location was great for our family's needs. Ten of us met in Key Largo for a family wedding. Bedrooms and bathrooms accommodated all of us.

The pools and hot tubs were fantastic but would have loved a beach to walk on & swim on the ocean.

Location and size of the property. I called them and they did fix the sink. It just had a stopper stuck in it. Also there were no blow driers and when I let them know they brought me two.

Still cleaning when I arrived. Sink in kitchen would not drain. I never found the washer and dryer. The termostat kept increasing the temp and we had to keep adjusting it. For the price I thought it would have had an ocean or marina view but sadly it did not. Also all the fire alarms were disconnected and I found them in a drawer in the living room. In one room the closet door was broken. Also the sliding door in downstairs bedroom had a broken lock.
