La détente vous attend dans notre condo 3BR offrant une vue imprenable sur l'océan Atlantique et la baie arrière depuis le balcon surdimensionné. Ouvrez ces fenêtres dans le MBR et dormez au son des vagues ..... nous nous trouvons à quelques pas de la plage et de la piscine principale qui comprend un bar et une cabane en bois, ainsi que de la cour et de la piscine. Votre choix! Profitez d’une semaine d’activités amusantes pour toute la famille: natation, surf, pêche, paddle-surf, kayak, etc. ou ne faites rien du tout! Notre complexe de condos est situé à l'extrémité de Sandbridge Beach, laissant False Cape Park et le refuge de Back Bay comme seuls voisins. C'est ce qui rend Sandbridge Beach si spécial et tout simplement tranquille.

I have 2 kids station in the area and couldn't come home for Thanksgiving so my wife and I went to them. The weather was not great during that week but the condo was nice and cozy. It got everything we needed. The bonus for me was it was next to a state park.

Condo has good views of ocean and bay from balcony but no sun at this time of year (end of October). Well equipped with everything you may need. The building needs some maintenance but condo itself was excellent. Owners were very easy to communicate with. You do have to drive to everything but that's a easy compromise as it's a lovely place to stay if you want a quiet, restful beach vacation away from the tourist area of Virginia Beach.

I think the master bath needs handicap bars. Kind of scary with no grab bars in shower for older folks like myself. Dishwasher is quite noisy. All the batteries in the remotes need replacing. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Great weather from Monday to Friday morning when Tropical Storm Ophelia changed things up! Still had a great time and children got to see “big waves”!
Well stocked condo except you might want to add more toilet paper or tell guests to bring a supply.
Very nice condo with good views. We had a wonderful time with family and owners were very helpful. They even gave us some leeway on check out.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean. The view of the ocean and the bay is better than the photos online. The parking space is so close to the beach. We just stored all of our beach chairs etc in our vehicle each night, so we didn't have to keep bringing it up and down. The pool swim up bar was a lot of fun! Highly recommend staying here! Beach is so clean and beautiful!

We enjoyed our stay clean and right on beach. Rooms are spacious and large closets were nice. Kitchen had everything you needed plus more. Parking garage is a little tight if you have large vehicles. Brad & Michelle we’re easy to communicate with.

Clean and well equipped condo, very convenient to Sandbridge beach. Great for a quiet and relaxing beach trip. A little bit removed from groceries and restaurants (about a 15-20 minute drive), but significantly less crowded than busy Virginia Beach. Owners accessible and responsive for on site questions. A nice little beach vacation!!

The unit was very clean, well equipped and stocked with many extra supplies. The owner’s timely response to our questions about the unit and the complex were greatly appreciated. The condo living area is spacious with a nice balcony. Although you can see both the ocean and the bay from the balcony railing the view looking straight ahead is the other condo building. The complex is fairly large and as a result is very busy during the day but it is extremely quiet at night. The pools close a little early (7:00 pm) and the pool for our building was closed entirely for 3 out of the 4 days we were there. I was disappointed that there was no ground storage unit for our beach equipment. I didn’t want to have to put it back in the car every night and I definitely didn’t want to bring it inside the condo so we were able to find a location in the parking garage to leave it overnighted. This appeared to be the option other guest had employed as well. I was a little uneasy about leaving it unsecured but we had no problems.
I felt the owner’s went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience and everyone in my family enjoyed their stay.

We loved the Condo it was very clean and decor was just what one would expect in a vacation home, just lovely.
We loved our drinks on the lanai, and the pool with ocean view was magnificent!
The only issue we had was finding the condo number when we got off the elevator, it is not very well marked.
The location right by the elevator was very convenient.
All in all a wonderful vacation!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this bright and cheery beach condo. It was located perfectly to the beach. Instructions for access were clearly outlined. It was very nicely appointed and very clean!

Our multi - generational family enjoyed this condo. The large beach was a short walk from the parking garage and the waves are big. We regularly saw dolphins from the condo porch. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we could possibly need. When we needed to contact the owners they were very responsive both before and during our stay. There is an onsite mexican restaurant that we visited several times. It was very convenient considering Sandbridge does not have many restaurants in the off season. We would stay here again.

We had a very positive first experience. The property was beautiful and location was great. Great attention to details: well equipped kitchen with all the amenities, great floor plan for vacationing with a toddler, her parents and grandparents.

We were in Virginia to celebrate Easter with our daughters who attend college nearby. We had a wonderful family gathering. The kitchen was well equipped and the condo was spacious with ample room for everyone.

This is a beautiful condo that offers all the extra you need! They furnish everything from cooking spray to spices to hand soap in the bathrooms. I have stayed in many vacation rentals and this was the cleanest- spotless! Loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean waves! Definitely recommend this condo and this area if you’re planning to visit Virginia Beach.

This condo’s location was great for a group of senior women-very easy access to parking , the elevator and the beach. It was great to find that two restaurants were within walking distance.

We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. Very clean, close parking and elevator, easy beach access, gym, multiple swimming pools, well outfitted kitchen, laundry with detergent, movie selection, and many more benefits.
My only suggestions would be a mirror, clock, and trash can in the bedrooms. Also, curtains to keep the outside light out.
Overall, very satisfied. Thanks for helping make our vacation an enjoyable experience.

Loved our stay at Brad and Michelle’s condo. We were close to the beach and 2 pools. The condo was equipped with everything you would ever need, including laundry detergent and garbage bags. The space was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. The only issue we had was initially finding the condo without having a map. Once we found it, our experience at this location was wonderful.

This was by far the nicest condo we have stayed in. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Stocked with everything you will need and more. Michelle was super easy to get ahold of with a question we had. She was very kind and responded very quickly.

The condo was perfect and had everything we needed and more. Communication with the owners was great--before and during our vacation.
The beach was beautiful, well kept and not as busy as most. The pools were clean and, again, not overly crowded. (we were there the last week of June)

Perfect Vacation
A Shore Thing was absolutely perfect! It was clean, contained plenty of extras that came in handy, was beautifully beachy decorated and had wonderful views of the ocean and bay. Was close to great food and shopping too. Our family loved staying here and we highly recommend!

Great Memorial Day weekend stay
Our family of four with two college students enjoyed our stay in the Sanctuary in Sandbridge. The 3-br 2-ba condo was perfect and we wish we could have stayed longer. We appreciated the balcony views of both ocean and bay, the fully stocked kitchen as well as Baja Cafe across the street. We ventured into the National Wildlife Refuge a few minutes away, plus the Virginia Aquarium about a half-hour drive away.

We had the most amazing stay at It’s a Shore Thing condo in Sandbridge Beach! The condo complex is a little confusing to navigate (at first) but we quickly got the hang of it! The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo is beautifully decorated and comes fully equipped with everything you’ll need, besides food! We loved how comfy the master bed was and our toddler slept like a rock the entire vacation in her pack-n-play. We invited my parents-in-law to join us but could have easily hosted two more people in the third bedroom (two twin beds). Our PIL’s loved their room and adjoining bathroom (and so did we). The views were magical and we spent many days/nights on the balcony overlooking the ocean and bay. The beach is steps away which was convenient for our family. The parking garage kept our vehicles safe and gave us peace of mind knowing we never had to wonder where to park (designated parking area). The entire experience was magical. We hope to return back next year because we left a little piece of our hearts in this gorgeous condo. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!!
