The apartment was clean, modern with everything we needed
Would have been good to have instructions for tv and dishwasher, but really all was perfect

nice place, room was clean and beautiful...we had a good time there and will definitely visit this place again.

Amazing location with good views and great amenities (more than we have ever received at any other stay). My partner found it so great that if we were to visit the area again we would definitely rebook. Amazing stay.
The ventilation hood from cooking doesn't get rid of all smells/takes a while but other than that nothing.

All the extra’s, we have never had paper towel, cling wrap and baking paper supplied anywhere else we have stayed so it was thoughtful to see those supplied

immaculately presented 1 bedroom apartment. level access from the car park so easy if you have luggage. the apartment was extraordinarily well equipped with everything you can think of provided with the small exception of egg cups. extra large comfortable bed with sliding doors out on to a balcony from the lounge and bedroom. good quality linen and towels. the TV system features complimentary Netflix and Stan. the complex had a small swimming pool with clean looking water. fabulous Golf Courses located within 10 miles and of course moonah links on site. this property is every inch a 10.

it’s location not too far from rye/rosebud and Sorrento and the apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need
the pool seemed to be very cold even thou it says 27 degrees

The code was sent the day arrive before, easy to grab the key.
The light is a white colour in most of the room, maybe the smart light bulbs can be added in the future to let people be able to change the colour in their own way.

The apartment was fit out was stylish and contained everything we could need for a lovely mini-getaway inc Nespresso machine, pool/beach towels and all the bits & bobs required to be able to cook. Nestled in-between the hot springs & St Andrews Brewery, the location was fantastic for everything we wanted to do.

An amazing little apartment, loved every moment of our stay there. Quiet and secluded, this is a perfect couples weekend getaway destination. Hosts were incredible with their communication and made sure we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable, perfect location for hiking event & hot springs, had everything needed, although wish we found golf balls & putter before we left!
Only problem was booking.com sent a different code for key box, found the correct code on email

Absolutely loved the decor and the cleanliness of the apartment. Dealing with Samantha was great she was a brilliant person to talk to about any enquires and let us know about the location of everything very promptly. the location was great, beautiful grounds and great facilities.
