The owner is very responsive. The condo was the perfect location and size for our family lake vacation. Quick walk down to the beach and boat dock. We loved being able to use the pool and resort amenities. The condo itself could be cleaned more thoroughly. We had to get the vacuum out when we arrived, but at least there was one to use. The grill had to be cleaned prior to using. Perhaps some sort of pest control could be considered due to the excessive amount of spiders on the inside of the condo. They were in most corners, walls, ceilings, floors, etc. We were also disappointed that there was supposed to be a regular coffee maker since we brought plenty of filters and coffee, but there was only a Keurig. We had to drive to Adams to buy K-cups. (this is the only reason communication was not 5 stars) Overall, it was a very nice stay.

We had a really nice time during our extended weekend stay. The condo was very nice, clean, and spacious. It was conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and pool, with a large grassy area right outside the patio. Only downfall was not having a boat slip to keep our boat in overnight!

Condo was roomy, beds comfortable. Lots of cupboard space. Nice view of the water. Owner quickly responded with any questions I had.

Our family of 9 enjoyed this spacious condo. The proximity of the lake and amenities of the facility provided our family with endless fun in the sun.
The host and staff were accommodating and friendly. Our kids enjoyed receiving a treat from “Grumpy” during his nightly cruise.

Very nice, clean, spacious property. Loved the NorthernBay golf course and drove to Sand Valley one day to play there. Beautiful course and ONLY 25 minutes away.

This is a beautiful home with everything you need. Tom was great to work with. This was our second time staying here. The view of the lake is spectacular and we were blessed with amazing sunset views. Perfect for a relaxing extended weekend getaway.

We were thrilled to have the space for our family of 6 to celebrate Christmas together. Plenty of room for gifts, games, and sleeping. Condo layout was great. Beds were very comfy! It would be helpful to have a map of Northern Bay as finding the office isn't easy, but the owner was available to help when we arrived. Wished some cleaning supplies like broom or vac. would have been available as I like to clean up after eating and during the summer I can see where it would be nice also for sand. After a tough 2022, it was wonderful to enjoy a few nights with my family in a homey place!

In the area for a big 90th birthday celebration about 10 miles away in friendship. Used the property for sleep and showers for seven of us. A great property that we did not get to take full advantage of. Seems like a great option for someone wanting to take advantage of the lake. Passed the information onto local family. Should they have the need again.

We enjoyed the furnished patio because the weather was good every day. There's a large screen TV in the living room. We prefer cards, games or reading in the evenings. We would have appreciated another large lamp to provide better lighting after dark. All the grounds are well maintained and landscaped.

The property seemed very nice. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the golfing, our reason for choosing this location, due to weather. The condo was comfortable for our group of 5 adults, one chose to sleep on the couch versus the top bunk but it served our purpose well.

We had 7 people stay 4 nights in this rental at Northern Bay. It was a great location and the unit was clean and well stocked. Tom, the owner was very nice and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend staying here. Thanks for the good week.

My husband and I and our 18 year old son stayed in this condo. It is a large three bedroom two bath, with a nice patio on the ground floor with two table sets. It is a great location, a short walk to the beach, tennis courts and pool. The complex is very nice, and every morning I enjoyed walking around the whole area. The owner was very prompt answering my questions. We had family visiting from Minneapolis, and they had a hotel at one of the Dells water parks, but they spent all their time with us at the condo because they liked it so much! My husband and his friends will definitely be returning to the golf course there!

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The condo was clean, kitchen had everything you could think of. Gas grill worked great. The grandkids loved the pool, beach and playground. Everyone was friendly the sunsets were beautiful. Many memories made ❤️

This condo was outstanding for our family. Steps to the beach & boat docks, a short walk to the pool. Everything was well organized and we felt very comfortable in this condo. The owner worked with us when we forgot the kids drink cups in the fridge after checkout!

We loved the condo. It is in such a great location at Northern Bay Resort. Close to the pool and beach. All 9 of us fit comfortably in the condo. We loved the large kitchen and patio.

Family Vacation
The bedrooms were excellent for our needs. Plenty big enough. In fact the entire condo has plenty of space. The resort itself has lots to do. Only negative is the Resort is not very close to any big towns. Your in a pretty remote area. Beautiful area. The golf course was also very nice.

This condo was just what we were looking for. Walking distance to the beach and pool, plenty of space for all of us (2 adults, 2 teenagers, & 2- 8 yr olds). They only thing that this place is missing is restaurants close by. We stayed during the week and many of the restaurants were closed. Grocery store about 15-20 minutes away came in handy. Regardless, we enjoyed ourselves and will be sure to book again.

Great Place/Beautiful Lake View
My sisters and I stayed here for a long get away weekend and enjoyed the home and the beautiful lake view from the unit. The unit exceeded our expectations. The online pictures are accurate, but it was more roomy and comfortable than any picture could portray. It is very well stocked with whatever you might need. Tom was easy to work with and very responsive. We are happy we found this place and are planning to go back again in the future.

There was spiders in the sinks and up on the corner of the ceiling (and not just one!) The coffee maker was disgusting, dirty. Not equipped with general items. Hot water not on .Maybe a notice on the kitchen counter for turning on the hot water would help or better yet have someone go in the day of and turn it on!!You should at least stock general items in the fridge. We have rented places before so we are aware what to expect and this was terrible our stay was because of a family funeral and this didn't help the trip. So you know your TV goes on by its self and the towel bar in the hall bath fells off. For what we paid we were all very disappointed!!
