Hosts were friendly, responsive, and present while respecting our privacy, too.
The location is great and the place feels luxurious with the kitchen and restroom.
The beds were a little creaky (but they were comfortable, so not a big issue).

Several restaurants nearby, 7-11 within 2 blocks. Apartment was exceptionally clean, and up to date. Unique Shower, all appliances functioning. Coffee and tea available.
Traffic was on the noisy side, but tolerable.

Huge, renovated kitchen! Renovated bathroom. Comfortable beds. Piano was a nice touch! Convenient location and more than enough space for me and my parents. Very easy to check-in and out.

The Victorian House was perfect for us, we had plenty of room inside and out on the deck , the location was perfect,
very close to our son in Flatbush ,great stores ,close to trains. Shahid was a pleasant renter.
