The place. Was very clean. It was spacious and. The beds were comfy. The area.was quiet and nice.
Really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely come back and recommend to my family and friends. In future
The main downside thing is that there wasn't a downstairs toilet.
A second double bed would be mice as well.
But apart from that everything was perfect 👌

Good location for a group of people from different areas. Good sized property to accommodate the group.
more information about the location of keys and how to operate appliances etc Extractor fan in bathroom could have been better.

The property its self was decorated to a high standard. Each room had personality and were very comfortable. The layout of the house is very useful and allows for everyone to have their own space when needed. The utensils were all present and clean. The house it’s self was really nice. The location is good as there are shops, takeaways and routes straight into the town centre very close by. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend.
The only 2 issues we had were parking and the cleaner. Parking was very hit and miss. As it is on a street with residential homes, parking was sometimes difficult.
The only other minor issue we had was when the cleaner let them selves into our house on our leaving day. She came in unannounced as we were getting ready to leave. This was well before the check out time and was very inappropriate.

Absolutely wonderful stay, we all had a great time and chances are, we will end up booking the place again if we all meet up in Manchester! Thank you for the terrific stay
The lock on one of the bathrooms is on the wrong way round. It was funny but I did also have someone walk-in on me while I was using the restroom.
