Unfortunately, our trip to Florida was for a family funeral: I scoured various sites to find a home that had a very light color scheme, beachy colors if possible (non depressing), an area the family members staying nearby could come over and have meals and swim or visit, the younger folks could have their own spaces and the adults could talk. This was the house! We had food catered in and if needed, 26 people can sit downstairs, 10 at the table, the rest at barstools, chairs and sofas, and there are enough dishes to serve all. Everything in good working order. We could easily walk to beach access and let the waves and smells do their curative thing. The house was exactly as pictured and had space upstairs with a pool table and video games for the teens, a pool out back with a gazebo and plenty of seating. The only minor hiccup at all was the door combo did not work at first but before I hung up with the manager, Nancy, a very nice young man was there stating he was there to fix the issue which was done immediately. The property manager was fantastic, available and kind. I have only had one VRBO experience that was equal to the outstanding quality of this home and the property manager. If in the area again, which may be in the fall, that would be my first choice if available. Outstanding!

This was a Girls trip of 8 ladies during Halloween Weekend. My group and I fully enjoyed this beautiful home. It was cozy and roomy. Spacious kitchen with a Keurig and regular coffee maker. Bonus, there is an ice maker which definitely came in handy.
Beds were comfortable, main bedroom is located outside of the kitchen with double sinks, tub and a big closet.
The proximity to restaurants, Super Walmart and the five minute walk to the beach were perfect. All located on the main highway, approximately 3 blocks from the house.
We appreciated the start-up kit of paper towels and toilet paper. Tons of towels and wash clothes underneath the sink.
Although the weather was in the 80s during our stay, the extra cost to heat the pool was worth it.
Breakfast recommendation: Donut Hole, to add a very good Key Lime Pie. Bonfire recommendation at the Royal Palm Restaurant on Fridays and Mondays. Beautiful sunset.
I would highly recommend renting this property.

The property was nice while still feeling cozy (not feeling like our kids were going to destroy everything). The proximity to the beach was great although if you have kids or carts, worth renting a golf cart. Loved having the pool table for extra fun once home from the beach. The biggest complaint is the pool pump went out (obviously prior to our arrival)- we were not notified this was an issue. This issue was not fixed during our stay meaning we could not heat the pool. The kids were unable to swim longer than a few minutes without shivering and being forced to get out. This was a huge reason why we booked this house with kids so it was a very big let down especially considering we booked almost a full week, without being able to enjoy it. The other negative is the dryer did not work well making it difficult to keep up with laundry/towels etc with a large group. Good place to stay but would really benefit from better communication with the management office (this was lacking) & quicker response with maintenance issues.

Me and my friends spent the the weekend at Thai beautiful home. And it was perfect. No complaints at all. Very clean. Very spacious. Great pool area. Lots of bathrooms. Great stay.

The house was very nice with bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our family and the pool was very inviting. The pool table and games kept us entertained during our stay.
Unfortunately, several things were not up to par and dampened our vacation. The home was not well stocked as we are accustomed to. The expectation was that we would keep the house clean but there were not adequate cleaning supplies not even a broom to sweep the floor. The floors were filthy and were definitely not cleaned before our stay. Day one, no hot water. After a day of traveling and time at the beach, we had to contact the property manager to fix the water issue. The first thing we were told was "that has happened before." It should have been repaired before our check-in time. Day two, the HVAC system was not working on the second floor of the home, which led to another call to the property manager and subsequent visit from a HVAC repair tech. More time should be taken preparing the home for future guests.

We stayed at this home with our daughters and their families and my parents. We spent a lot of time in the pool and the game room. Plenty of space for use to spread out and enjoy our vacation.

The most magnificent rental home, steps away from the most magnificent beach in the USA. The home was so well appointed and the owners thought of everything and anything a family would need to enjoy a comfortable beach vacation.
Our large family of varying ages will most certainly be returning yearly to Destin and to the beautiful Aqua Viva home near Crescent Beach.

The house looked exactly like the pictures and is very walkable to the beach and Destin Commons plus a couple of other shopping areas. There were 5 adult couples, a teen and 2 kids under 10 in our group so the bed/bath count was perfect! We did have to replenish toilet paper, paper towels, etc but we expected that so went shopping first day. The ice maker, arcade game and pool table are great amenities. The pool area is very nice for all ages and the electric grill outside was very useful. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Destin.

The home is beautiful, location is perfect and having the pool in the back yard was amazing especially with kids. We had the pool heated definitely recommend! The walk to the beach isn’t bad at all the house has a wagon and lots of chairs very convenient. No parking close to the beach so prepare to walk. The home is great for a large group!

From the moment you open the door the house is as described. The casual coastal feel was inviting throughout the entire house. The pool and outdoor area were comfortable and inviting (recommend heating it). Beach was a short walk. Important to note tents are not allowed at closest entrance due to private beach areas so if you have one you should walk farther down the main road to avoid dragging through sand for awhile. Overall wonderful home and vacation for our group of 14. Thanks!

5 couples enjoyed a week in this lovely house. Chef Ray Fernandez’ food was exceptional. The pool heater wasn’t working, which was disappointing, but we still had a fabulous time.

Very nice property. A little disappointed on some items we needed to purchase such as garbage bags, soaps, etc and not enough towels so we had to do laundry. I’ve stayed in many VRBO locations and haven’t had this issue. Overall it is a beautiful clean place! We had a great time.

House was the perfect size for my family and the location was great. Only issues we experienced were the washing machine was broke and not capable of washing more than a few items at a time. Management was super responsive when we called and came quickly but there was no true fix to the issue. Also, the grill outside had an empty propane tank so we had to run to the store and purchase a new tank to be able to grill our dinner. Aside from these two issues the house was great, would definitely stay again.

From the very first communication, this has been an amazing experience! The house was exactly as described. The description said it came with a starter set of basic toiletries so we came prepared with extras and didn’t even have to use them (except the paper towels). Short walk to the beach (about 5-10 mins). Pool was amazing temperature! We had one minor maintenance concern and they responded right away! Def would love to stay here again!

Our family stayed here in celebration of my in-laws’ 50th anniversary. They loved having their whole family together in a home that was absolutely perfect for all of us. Enough space for everyone to have their own room and bathroom. The pool was perfect, with afternoon shade which was a great break from the blazing sun.
Comfy beds, well appointed, great neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach or shopping.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would highly recommend this to everyone.

We had an amazing time celebrating our friend who’s getting married. The beds were so comfortable, the house was bright and inviting and a wonderful space to gather and make memories. We decided to heat the pool which was a great idea!! We loved the pool, the amenities, and the communication with staff. The only complaint was there were 4 less beach chairs then shown in the listing. Overall, I’d HIGHLY recommend this property for a fun getaway!!

The house had everything we needed including an amazing location, comfortable beds, a large dinning table for everyone to eat together and a great swimming pool! For the rainy days the kids really enjoyed the pool table room. Thank you for a great stay - we will be back!

My husband and I stayed here with three of our children and their spouses and children. The number of bedrooms with king beds and all the very nice bathrooms was fantastic for us. Too often, there are a couple nice bedrooms and the rest are only adequate.
Everything was clean and in excellent condition. The quality of the house, the appliances, even the kitchen dinnerware was very high. It didn't just look nice - things were actually high quality - which adds a lot to the day to day comfort.
We had the pool warmed (February) and put it to great use. The beach is a very pleasant, short walk - and such a gorgeous beach - clean, turquoise water, white sand. We walked there a couple of times daily.
Management was very responsive - available and effective and courteous.
I don't know how this would be in high season, but in February, it was a lovely quiet neighborhood - very clean.

Three families were able to stay in this amazing house! We had 6 adults and 9 children ranging from 7-14. We had a blast! The house was spacious, clean and well maintained. The pool was amazing and there were plenty of dishes. The extra ice maker was an amazing bonus! We will definitely stay again! Such an amazing place!

We enjoyed our time in Destin and the house was very nice for our family of 6 adults. We throughly enjoyed the game area and played lots of pool! We had a couple of repair requests which were promptly handled. Beach equipment was in bad shape and most chairs not useable. Some of the sheets on a couple of beds did not seem fresh. Location was great and enjoyed other activities…golf, bowling, miniature golf, and close proximity to shopping. My family still reminisces over Thanksgiving in Destin!! Highly recommend!

The house was perfect for our family vacation of 8 adults and 1 child. It was just as pictured and beautiful. Definitely get the pool heated, it is well worth it.

Linens and towels very worn and dirty. Cleanliness of property fair. Kitchen well stocked. Ice machine iffy at times. Downstairs air conditioner could not keep up even at the recommended 71 degrees per instructions, the air temp downstairs stayed at a constant 78 to 79 degrees. And we were there in late September when temps outside very reasonable. Overall, nice property for a group of home town local 50 year olds having a reunion.
