Price and location were perfect

Room was not ready when we arrived at 7pm. Front desk person asked us to come back when he called to say the room was ready. Unfortunately, we could not do that because of small children. We were given a different room but when we finally got into our room it smelled terrible like cigarette smoke (smelled it strongly all night) and our bathroom shower curtain had not been changed from last guest because it has dark brown makeup (possibly spray tan) all over it. We’ve stayed before and had a good experience but this time was lack luster.

Location was fine, the one staff member I met was nice. They have a recycle bin in the room.

The first room i was given was very dirty. Floors had sticky brown stuff all over them, crumbs all over the fridge, drawers, counter tops and on the stove top. The room smelt terrible. The second room was more clean than the first. Bed wasnt very comfy.

Wish I had known how limited housekeeping would be. Had to make multiple requests for towels. Housekeeper helped me with the trash, but you are responsible for taking our your own trash.

Rooms were very modern and clean.

Encountered a few other customers that made us feel a little unsafe. Did not realize at booking that this was an extended stay property.

it’s a nice place. it’s big room, staff is very friendly, clean and quiet. the 24h coffee station was very nice.

Room was huge, very clean, had a fridge and a microwave. The staff was friendly. The elevator worked and they had 2 carts to haul our stuff to the 2nd floor.. Bed was comfy and room was clean. The shower had an adjusting head.

Get cable. Come on, the whole "Roku" on demand is stupid, to me. You put a huge TV screen on the wall but no cable? It seems to be a trend at motels, but I don't like it.

The suit was nice a quiet and was very comfortable

will say that the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming and even went above and beyond to bring us new sheets to our room because there was no housekeeping available.

I traveled with my family and it wasn’t the best experience. If I had to travel to Boise again, I probably wouldn’t select this hotel to stay at. Our beds were nasty. The sheets were so gross and dirty and covered with other people’s hair, so I know they weren't changed. There is no breakfast which also is a bummer when you’re traveling with your family. We had to pay a ridiculous pet fee of 50$.. which if you travel with your pet frequently you know that most hotels only charge between 15-30$ for a pet fee so it felt like a rip off. Our room was also very dirty. There was still things left over from the previous guests. I honestly think our room was never touched by their housekeeping.
