Beautiful home. Check-in was relatively easy once we got the code. The home was spacious & beautifully decorated. I’m glad we were not able to bring the children as it is not a good home for young kids. For adults it was perfect. My only complaint was we ran out of coffee and toilet paper with in a couple of days. I did bring my own coffee but there was no carafe to use it. We bought more Keurig pods & toilet paper. The host was going to deliver supplies but we had already bought needed supplies. The beds were wonderful. We had plenty of very nice blankets for cool evenings. Thanks for sharing your home. The home was very clean and close to town. The decor was very nicely done. Just a few minor things that didn't work properly but nothing to prevent us from coming back. Driveway is definitely an issue, but they do warn you of this. Hope to be back soon.

This house comes as advertised. It is homey, and you definitely feel like you are in Prescott. The house is super clean and charming. The views from the deck are sensational and Whiskey Row is less than a mile away. On an evening walk, we saw three dears.

We were in town for our daughter’s soccer tournament and took every advantage of relaxing at this beautifully decorated home. Two minutes to everything yet worlds away from commotion. Loved our quiet and cozy stay, thank you!

The place was beyond our expectations! The location was ideal! Five minutes from downtown - all the action, yet the house was on a private street surrounded with pines. The house was super clean with comfy beds, and offered all the amenities we hoped for. The host was inviting and easy to communicate with. We loved our family time there and will be back again soon. The driveway is steep, as many say in their reviews, so we just parked in the street… no big deal. I highly recommend Debi and David’s lovely home.

The inhospitality of the property owner was evident immediately. We were instructed to text the owner in order to receive the entry info, then were rudely told never to contact her through text. This was not adhered to by the owner. Once we finally gained access to the home, the thermostat was set to a sweltering temperature of 78°. We are from Montana and Minnesota so 78° is uncomfortable to say the least. We were told to download an app from the Internet to control the Google nest thermostat and we’re still unable to get it to work correctly for us. Never once did Debbie offer to turn the temperature down, and she actually sent us a screenshot of the weather telling us that we should be comfortable. The thermostat began malfunctioning and we received a nasty text and voicemail accusing us of tampering with the equipment in the home and breaking it. Unfortunately this negative and untrusting tone continued throughout our stay. The thermostat was replaced but never fixed. We spent 5 nights freezing at 58°F. We were made to feel to like we were invading this home rather than respectful guests who had just shelled out a whole bunch of money for an overrated “designer” home. There are several cameras with audio surrounding the entire house. There is nowhere outside that you are out of reach of their view, and Debi is definitely regularly monitoring the movements of the guests. She even admitted that she would prefer to have interior cameras to keep an eye on her guests. This felt completely violating. Supplies were extremely limited. We had a total of three toilet paper rolls and one paper towel roll for six guests for a 9 day stay. The grill’s propane was empty and a note stated an extra tank was in the garage. Unsurprisingly the extra tank was locked up and when asked Debi stated we were no longer allowing to grill. The driveway to this place is one of the steepest drives I have ever seen. With any car that we had your front end scrapes coming in or out, and your front tires squeal as you try to get up this driveway. Communication with the owner, Debi, was perpetually strained and unnecessarily so, to the point that we all felt unwelcome and I’ll-at-ease. We recommend you find somewhere else to stay, as Debi is most definitely in the wrong business as a VRBO hostess and will only make you feel unwelcome and uncomfortable trying to just enjoy beautiful Prescott AZ.

Enjoyed a beautiful weekend at this clean and comfy property. Close to many amenities and yet secluded and quiet. We look forward to returning!

I couldn't go above 3 stars because so many had mentioned these concerns yet the host has taken no corrective action. Owners have screwed windows shut so guests can't open them. Besides the safety hazard here, it wasn't easy to get a cool breeze thru the house. Sure they have AC, only they have it programmed to return to 78 degrees without your knowledge. I rent the entire home and it should offer all the benefits a home has. I don't mind a few exterior cameras, but this house has them every. Even one on the back deck. Exterior privacy seemed compromised for guests. The topper was the blood stain on my sheets right at head level. Cleaners not paying attention there. Otherwise it was a good stay. WARNING tho, it's a steep short driveway. They mention this, only its legit. We got our Harleys up it but you better have experience on a motorcycle.

And the big open deck has lovely views and lots of comfortable seating. Don’t hesitate to book this property - it’s a wonderful find.

Very nice house, deck was great for enjoying downtime and time with family, got to see deer right behind the house! Close to everything, but felt further out. Driveway is steep as noted, but stairs were fine. Would stay again next time we are visiting Prescott!

What a great property and fantastic host!!!! Above and beyond all expectations. The only thing I would caution guests on is the steep driveway but maybe that’s common in Prescott.

Great property! We enjoyed our stay very much and the owner was so awesome about communicating quickly if we had any questions.

Well appointed though kitchen is a little weird to use for cooking. Lovely and clean! Window egresses are blocked and house windows cannot be opened.
