Was in Camarillo for business. The apartment was nice and clean. While I was there it was very quiet. Has its own parking area flagged off in the Avocado grove. Prefect for what I needed.

This was the perfect spot to lay our heads for our short time in Camarillo but you could totally set up shop to stay for a while. It’s a large space with pretty much everything you would need! Thanks for hosting us!

Private, quiet and perfect
Perfectly placed in a working avocado orchard. Very quiet and private. My husband and I had a wonderful stay.

This was a cute place for last minute stay. The only thing is suggest is getting the ceiling fan fixed because it was hot and while there was an AC unit in the room it did not reach to the living room. The free breakfast was opened boxes of cereal and opened milk. Which we did not use because who knows if someone did something to the cereal or milk. You never know. I’d suggest buying the smaller cereal boxes this way the guest can choose and know that the boxes are sealed. Personal size mills as well. If you like creamer with your coffee bring some. There is cool ways to make coffee. Also provide napkins or paper towels. Other than that it was clean and quiet. We would stay again.

I was initially very happy until my out of town guests who told me after the fact that they were bitten by something in bed. After listening to this, I’m certain there were bedbugs. It was a peaceful and unusual setting and I appreciated the provision of basic perishables and toiletries.

Clean and comfortable
Perfect little place that had everything we needed. Being from the Midwest it was cool to see avocado trees hanging over the fenced in patio. 🥑🙂

We enjoyed our stay at the peaceful Avocado Acres. We highly recommend staying here. The only dislike was the water for drinking and brushing our teeth. Even the filtered water provided in the fridge was unacceptable to us so we purchased water.

The property is exactly as described. The owner is extremely responsive so when I arrived unexpectedly early, he replied immediately that I could check in early. The mattress was very comfortable. Kitchen is large with everything one might need. Lots and lots of bedding and towels. The place is spotless with lots of amenities, easy to access. The area was perfectly quiet. If I go back to Camarillo, I will definitely stay here!

The house is redone inside with very Nice bathrooms, linens etc. We found it comfortable and spacious for the price. The neighborhood is average but we felt safe. The owners r super easy to work with too. The only downside is that it’s located on a busy street, so if you are a light sleeper and don’t want to wake up early, that may not work for you. You don’t hear the traffic in the nice living room or kitchen tho! Overall we thought it was good value!

Amenities are abundant… well stocked kitchen and bath, breakfast items, cute coffee bar, comfy bed, fans and a great portable air conditioner in the bedroom. There was fast internet and a fantastic TV! Sterling provided excellent checkin directions, with photos too! This was definitely one of our favorite rentals!

This was perfect for our needs! Super quiet, adjacent to an avocado grove, hidden on the back of the property. Sterling was very accommodating and we will definitely be back when we visit Camarillo next.

Perfect Stay
Avocado Acres Apt was the perfect place to stay for my wife and I's visit to the Camarillo area. The place was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. Living area was cozy. And the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and food supplies for cooking. Sterling was a great host and was accommodating when we had to change our original booking dates. The surrounding neighborhood is very quiet especially being within the small avocado farm. Speaking of which, we greatly enjoyed the delicious avocados provided from the farm. If we ever have an occasion to return to this area, we'll be sure to check up this place again.
