We recently stayed at this property to attend the National Western Stock Show and it was perfect being only 10 minutes away. Rick was great to work with and we were even greeted by a plate of cookies and a hand written welcome letter upon arrival. This house was beautiful and had plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was stocked with almost everything we would need including seasonings and coffee. Our teenager loved the "man cave" downstairs and we had shuffle board tournaments every night. We will definitely book this house again!!

We loved this space. There were 5 adults and a baby. It was a great size when we all needed some space after a long day of exploring denver. We took advantage of the large table to eat meals together and loved the game room downstairs.

This home was the perfect place for our daughters wedding weekend. Plenty of space, all the amenities, very clean and a wonderful responsive host. Slept 8 adults very comfortably. Great location in the city and very nice neighborhood.

We stayed at this fabulous house in central Denver during our son's wedding weekend. The location is in a quiet residential neighborhood, just north of family-friendly things to do and 10 minutes from downtown. We wanted a place where we could relax but also gather, without any "house" concerns for this important weekend and no freeway traffic to deal with. The host was terrific -- the best ever. He was a great communicator, answered questions, provided help, and hosted a beautiful, spacious, and well-stocked home. He even left a plate of homemade cookies for us! It was a great place to stay --- places to gather, and places to be quiet for three generations with three family units. A game room and lots of spaces to sit and chat. The beds were so comfortable, everything was squeaky clean, and the kitchen & bathrooms were modern and stocked. I definitely recommend this home. Many thanks to the host.

Great property and wonderful property manager who worked with us to make our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the house, which is convenient to all the attractions in City Park and was just the right size for our group of 6 adults. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the game room was great fun in the evenings. We hope to return!

We spent a week in Rick's house and it was great! The location was perfect - very easy to get around the city as well as proximity to the highway to travel to towns outside of Denver. The back porch was nice to hve at night so we could sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine. Although we did not utlize it, it's one block from City Park which would be great in cooler weather (we were there in July)

The house was spotless and was well stocked with kitchen supplies and linen and mostly anything you could need. Plenty of space for large group or family. Plenty of bathrooms, which is huge! Large basement perfect for game nights. Great outdoor space with grill and green space. The location is close to everything, denver zoo, the museum and our favorite coffee shop - Whittier cafe. The owners were nice enough to salt the steps after a snow. On street parking was easy to come by, parked right at the walkway every day. Can’t say enough. Will be rebooking!

This house was absolutley perfect for our group. Lots of room, great location, clean. Games room was well used. Rick was an awesome host, (cookies were a great welcome). If we are back to Denver again we will definitely stay at this property. 5 star accomodation. Thanks Rick.

Guys trip for 5 nights and used this home as the central hub for our activities. Home was very functional for the 4 of us and due to
Floor Plan allowed for adequate privacy for each man. The host Rick Reid was very easy to reach and deal with throughout the process. Had a great time, and having this hub made it all work.

The house was immaculate, and central location worked out great for Coors Field and local attractions. Rick was an excellent host. He was all too willing to work with us and share local direction on restaurants, grocery stores and points of interest. Would highly recommend this property.

This was the best possible place for our family to stay for a week. The common spaces are open, so it was easy and comfortable for us all to be together. A huge dining table that 10 of us fit around easily and a large open kitchen multiple people can cook in at once. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The property is on a quiet residential street, down the block from a golf course. Some of us played golf and were able to walk to the course without a problem. We didn't walk to any restaurants because of the heat while we were there, but there were many places a short drive away and would have been walkable on a nice day. We all commented on how well-appointed the house was, with plenty of towels, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, etc. Wait to do your shopping until after you have seen all the spices, coffee, etc that are already there. The owner, Richard, was an excellent communicator and went out of his way to help us when a gift was delivered earlier than our arrival. If you are visiting Denver with a large group, you have found the right place to stay. We won't look at any other places the next time we travel to Denver. This is perfect.

My family and I loved staying in this house. It was clean and well stocked and a perfect location for us. Renting this house was very easy and the host very accommodating and helpful. A wonderful family trip!

Great House - creaky beds
The house is new and very clean. The location was great - was a quick Uber or Scooter ride to the ballpark and downtown areas we wanted to enjoy. The house is big and roomy with plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone. The only two detractors that I observed are: 1) every bed in the house creaks when you move.... so if you move while you sleep, you most likely will wake your partner - and even perhaps the folks below you.... and you can forget about being discretely intimate.. 2) the house has Dish Network and finding the capability to stream our personal Prime account was difficult. But other than those two issues, I found the house to be quite enjoyable.

We needed a place for me and my family to stay for our daughters engagement. The house certainly fit our needs. Large full basement with game room with a full basement and a fold out couch. Everything was clean and immaculate and Rick our host was incredible. Very quick to respond if we needed anything. Will definitely stay here again when back in town.

Wonderful! We’ll stocked home for total comfort for kids and adults.
Close enough to Uber to airport and downtown. We had small children in tow and were able to do the children’s museum, nature and science museum, IMAX and the Denver Zoo in a long weekend. Plenty of space with 4 Bedrooms and huge master suite, everything we needed was there and owner’s were kind enough to leave drinks and snacks for our late arrival. Excellent experience, great family home.
