This is a beautiful property with an amazing porch. No cleanup expectations when leaving the property. The downside to the rental says it sleeps 6 but it does not it sleeps 4, the other 2 beds are air mattresses, also there are A LOT of rules that are not shown upfront, the owner is on the property at all times, and his sweet dog is chained up on the property during the day kinda awkward but manageable.

Nice home & owner but it was just a little weird with the owner staying in shed on-site. We did have full range of home though and everything was spotless.

My family said: It was great. We loved it and are considering booking it for a family wedding later in the year if it’s available. Brian was kind and hospitable. For the little bit of time we were there, we really enjoyed sitting on the back porch at night and in the morning. The hot water takes a good long minute to get there. But that wasn’t an issue. Brian has done a lovely job updating the home.

The house was very clean and well appointed. Beautiful property. Communication with Brian, the property manager, was smooth and easy.

Rented this house for my daughters bachelorette party. We weren't at the house much so we didn't get to enjoy most of beautiful amenities. The back porch is heaven on earth! Enjoyed my morning cup of coffee there. Brian was easy to work with. If in the area again, I would definitely stay here!

My sister and I loved this rental. The house was great. The dock was perfect for swimming or sitting to watch the sunset. We definitely hope to stay here again.

Great location, peaceful shady spot. Brain was a great host and the home was very comfortable. Best feature during the hot month of July was an incredible air conditioner. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Lovely, very spacious home. Very comfortable. My wife & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a pleasure to meet Brian as he was so gracious & kind to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Wonderful property & boat dock. Enjoyed meeting Buddie, our protector. Thank you Brian!

Great home not just a house. Everything was clean, kitchen had everything we needed, the screened porch was huge and very comfortable, and a great location on the lake with a huge dock. Brian was a great host and was very helpful with any questions we had. We've already decided to try and go back again this spring.

This lakehouse is very peaceful. Home is clean and spacious. The large screened in porch with the view of the water is a lovely spot. The swing on the screened porch is super comfy. Down by the dock is great for relaxing by the water and to swim, float or boat.

Loved the place itself, house was amazing, and Buddy the dog was so adorable :) The only thing I would recommend would be to install a ladder on the dock (to get in and out of the water), and have a kayak (inflatable would be okay) just to have something to do other than sit and look at the water. Would definitely recommend this property to friends / family. Property owner (Kevin) was very personable and a great host!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and welcoming. The screened in porch was gorgeous! The house has a private boat ramp which made it convenient to launch our boat and do lots of fishing! Love the lake life!

The property was just as described. The owner was very nice and we enjoyed getting to meet him. We enjoyed our stay - it was quiet, relaxing and a beautiful place to stay. We would definitely come back.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Brian was very easy to deal with and was very responsive before our arrival and during our visit. We absolutely loved the house. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The Master Bedroom has a beautiful view of the water. I think our favorite part about the house was the screened in back porch where we had breakfast every morning looking at the water. Another favorite on the porch was the swing. We spent several relaxing hours listening to the frogs. It was a huge plus that this property has a boat launch and a dock, so if you bring a boat its very easy access. The dock also has a table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy the water. Everything was as listed and we had no issues. Staying at this property you are only about 25 minutes from Oxford/Anniston and about 45 minutes from Birmingham, so plenty of options for day trips and dinner. Pell City also has several restaurants to choose from. The Lake was awesome, we did a lot of fishing and boat riding. We would definitely stay here again.
