We loved everything about staying here. The condo was nicely furnished and had everything we needed. The beach front location was amazing and being able to walk to Carillon Beach for food was a nice perk. We will definitely stay here again!

I have been bringing my son to PCB since he was 3 months old. We usually stay on the east end but we are wanting the quietness of the west end so we thiught we'd try a new place. Pinnacle port was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet and had lots of amenities. The condo itself is decorated so cute but not overly done. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and more. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the complex was quiet. It was just what we needed to run away from Colorado. We will definitely be visiting Pinnacle port is warmer weather to enjoy the beach to its fullest even though my son and partner still jumped in the cold water every day. Burrr! Thanks for letting us enjoy our first trip together as a family in this beautiful condo.

The condo is located in a great spot away from tourists. It’s clean with great views and close to everything. Loved our stay here!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo . This was our second time to stay in it . We like the location of Pinnacle Port because it is in the west end of PCB. The weather was perfect and the grandkids had a ball . I would recommend this condo for sure . The only negative thing I can say about it is the floors were not clean enough for me . Our grands had dirty feet after going barefooted after we arrived .we had to vacuum, sweep and mop within 2 hours after we arrived . I have experienced this with other condos at Pinnacle Port . They need to really stress to the cleaning service to mop the floors really good and not just a swipe . Maybe use a steam mop. Overall I would stay here again . We have stayed in Destin at nicer and larger condos , Sanctuary by the Sea and others but it is a long walk to the beach . We like Pinnacle Port because it is directly on the beach .

Upon arrival we received an incorrect door code so I called and Celeste quickly returned my call and gave us the correct code. We immediately noticed that we had no air working. We reported it right away and they came and repaired it the next afternoon. After those two incidents everything went great and we had a wonderful time. I do think the condo really needs a deep clean. It is decorated beautifully and most importantly the beds sleep great. We have stayed in some that are beautiful but due to cheap mattresses, we didn’t get sleep. This condo does not have that issue.

We had wonderful time. The master bed a bit uncomfortable and floors throughout condo never seem to come clean. If not wearing shoes feet always seemed to be dirty even after getting out of shower.

All this condo needs is a mid year ceiling to floor cleaning. Im sure this time of year the cleaning service is just trying to get through the busy Summer and I understand but the showers/floors could use a good scrub. Enjoyed and would stay again?

We love Pinnacle Port and this condo was beautifully decorated and well equipped. (Only thing we needed but didn’t have was a pizza pan). Loved that the 2nd bedroom had 2 queen beds. Nice size washer/dryer. Great view. Non crowded beach. Plenty of parking. Beds were comfortable. Our host- Book That Condo- was east to work with, professional and friendly over the phone, communication by text, email and phone that provided me with needed information and also answered my questions in a timely manner. Able to go straight to condo since we provided all paperwork to host right after booking. (No in person check in etc). So easy. Overall, loved this unit, would be happy to stay here again, I recommend the host company as well. Thanks Book That Condo & VRBO!

The overall experience with this property was nice, however, the downside was the check-in process. First, you have to sign within 24h a rental agreement and upload a DL picture. Then at the time of check-in, you have to drive 20 minutes one way from the property to do the check-in ( again you have to provide the DL and sign another rental agreement). I used VRBO platform for the convenience of self-check-in process but wasn't the case with this propriety. Also, once the property is booked there is no communication on the platform- everything is done( even the initial walk-through to report damages) via phone/email. If they would change the check-in process I would definitely consider to stay over again.

First time with VRBO everything went well. A lot of fees I didn’t expect but overall was satisfied with the property. Hated to have to Nick the cleanliness but the floor need to be mopped it left our feet black. Other than that we were very satisfied

We had a great time in this cute little condo. It was clean and met our expectations. Two downsides to the property: 1. There is no peephole in the door, so you are unable to see who is knocking. 2. The address of this property does not work with gps directions—our driver as well as our grocery deliveries could not locate the condo.
The location to the beach is wonderful, and we enjoyed our stay here.

Pros- Nicely decorated location was great. Quiet and right by the beach access. My family enjoyed our stay.
Cons- We had an issue with the master toilet not flushing called and maintenance came to fix promptly. We noticed the master bathroom missing the shower knob. Called book that condo - the lady didn’t seem to know the knob was missing until maintenance told them it was a known problem and the parts were ordered? This would have been important to know ahead of time the property manager should’ve notified us . It was difficult sharing a small bathroom with a family of 4.

Paid for early check in, didn’t receive call so called them and was told they forgot to call me. Kind of disappointing since paid extra for this service.

A Gem
This is really a prime spot to vacation with family. The beach itself feels almost private because it is tucked between the growing and popular 30A/Destin outskirts and the outer part of Panama City Beach. No high rises, just Truman-style beach mansions next door (a lovely place to walk or bike when you’re tired of sand). This condo is very clean and comfortable and safe, plenty of towels and toiletries provided. We spent a lot of time in it due to frigid rainy days. Kitchen is well stocked panwise, but no basics like salt and pepper (probably a Covid protocol). Three kids in the king bed falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was really magical for them, and we all hated to leave.
The indoor pool in winter was a disappointment. For some reason they have rows of 70s greenish yellow lamps above it that make everyone look jaundiced. The effect actually made me so nauseous we had to leave.
The property workers we happened to see were very helpful and friendly.
Overall, a very positive experience that we look forward to repeating annually. Thank you!

This was the perfect condo for our family of 5. Close to Publix and Walmart but even closer to the beach! Step off the elevator and just a quick turn around the corner and you will feel the sand on your toes. One of the showers was undergoing repairs during our stay but no biggie considering one shower was certainly sufficient.

Condo was great for our family of 4. Right on the beach and without another major condo building next door, the beach wasn't as crowded as in other areas. The condo is tucked away in a neighborhood of cute beach homes. Pool was great, never crowded. View is great from balcony. Would definitely book this condo again and would recommend to anyone visiting PCB!
