Me and my wife just spent three wonderful nights at the Brandywine Inn. For starters the Inn is extremely clean and well maintained. The Inn sits on 100 beautiful acres. The views are stunning. The Lake is absolutely incredible. We spent each night just relaxing and building a campfire in front of the lake. They have a boat you can use but that’s not our thing so we passed on that. Communication with the owners was very easy , and they answer questions quickly. Do yourself a favor and visit here soon! We will be returning in the summer with our kids. On a side note make sure you read the families history they share with you on their website. It’s an incredible story and will make you appreciate the home even more. Thanks Brandywine for an incredible stay.

What an incredible stay we had. Charming home with every amenity you could think of. Super wi-fi, and a docking station for every gadget. Important for us four pastors. Great kitchen and living space, everything was so well stocked and welcoming. Lots and lots of room. We made time for games, fishing, boating, and sitting around a campfire. Oh, my goodness we did not want to leave. We're definitely going to book this home again for some more blessed rest and quiet!

Thank you for opening your home to us for our wedding celebration weekend. It was a perfect place for our family to gather and relax together during an otherwise hectic weekend! So much space to relax and enjoy our time together! The owners were EXTREMELY responsive and helpful! I'd definitely recommend the property!

We stayed for a few days in sept. while we visited my daughter in Stuebenville. The house was lovely. it is situated on a small lake in a very picturesque location. The evenings were very quiet and peaceful. I definitely will return to this property when we visit in the future.

The lake was beautiful and there was access to two boats that we could have used. The weather did not cooperate for us so we never went out on the boats, but we will at our next visit. We did get one morning of fishing in, and the kids really enjoyed that. Otherwise, there was plenty of room inside so we did not feel restricted since we could not go out due to the weather. We had lots of time to plays games and just enjoy each other. The accommodations were excellent, and the kitchen had every pan, utensil or dish you would need.

We loved the fall setting. The house was well stocked and we enjoyed fires nightly. Remote enough to be peaceful and tranquil with destinations close enough to enjoy

Quiet, clean place. Rowing on the pond was enjoyable. The fort and coffeehouse in Steubenville, as well as the ice cream place in Toronto were nice. Beautiful full moon above the pond. Kids enjoyed the s'mores and goslings.

My family enjoyed our stay . There were 4 adults and 4 children. We had plenty of room to enjoy board games, cards and conversation. the children loved the downstairs area to play pretend games or just run off steam. The area offers hiking ,beaches for swimming and sight seeing and shopping in the surrounding towns. Its a great get- away!

Nice getaway !
Lots of space to spread out and not be crowded. Fire pit area was very comfortable, the many seating options and cup holders were great. Very nice to have 2 fridges! We used the upstairs one for the main food. The lower level one for beverages and hobo pie ingredients. The lake was great to watch! It was filled with wildlife. Trails were easy to walk. Fishing and boating were great.

Beautiful Spot for a Getaway!
This property is great for a family or friends gathering. The Inn boasts a beautiful natural setting complete with your own private lake. The hosts provide so many extras to make your stay enjoyable. Our family enjoyed fishing, hiking, sitting by the outdoor fire and hanging out in the many comfortable spaces inside and out. This place is especially well equipped, clean and inviting. A unique property to create great memories in!

We stayed at Tricia’s property while visiting our daughter for Easter and we had a wonderful time! The property is beautiful and the beds were all comfortable and seemed to have newer mattresses. We loved exploring the woods and fish!

Comfortable Family Getaway
Great location for family to be together and attend our daughters Nursing School Induction Ceremony at FUS.
Our group of 10 were all able to stay comfortably together for a long weekend. The Inn is spacious and the lake access and view was a relaxing setting to enjoy time with family. Tricia and her husband were great hosts and very responsive during our stay.

The Brandywine Inn was absolutely perfect for our two families (7 in total) to stay for our few days in the area. We had some other local family over to hang out and visit and we had plenty of room to spread out. The front sitting room was perfect for the group playing jackbox games. We’re already planning another visit for a family reunion during the summer when we can take more advantage of the outside areas and lake and the second kitchen area downstairs. Tricia was a great, accommodating host who was available to answer any questions and got us anything we needed! We can’t wait for our next visit!

Great Getaway!
Lovely, spacious and private home overlooking a 5 acre lake. There are two floors, each with a living room, kitchen area and bath, which was awesome since one of our friends is an early riser. She could enjoy her coffee, shower, and watch TV, or sit outside without disturbing the rest of us. This is a great place to relax with friends or family.

Much needed R & R
This property is one of the best we have stayed at. It was very quiet and private. There is so much room for large families and or friends, however this time was just my wife and I. The fire pit by the lake was awesome. House is far enough away from busy life yet close enough to go do things in the area. The owners were very nice and easy to contact. We will very much try to make it to this area and this property in the future.

Family reunion
This place is great! We enjoyed the new lower level patio. The kids enjoy the pond with the row boats and the creek that runs in and out. The hiking trails are not too long but great for morning stretches.
There were 7 adults and 8 children and no one felt on top of each other. The sleeping arrangements are good also.

When we arrived, the electricity, phone and internet was down due to downed wires up the road. Our hosts were extremely responsive and involved in fixing the problem. The house is big with multiple living areas. Lake is great with good wildlife. Short drive to State Parks.
