The first hour we had been there, my 1yo daughter found a used nasal spray bottle and put it in her mouth while I was trying to clean the place since it was so disgusting. Unfortunately I didn't catch her before she put it in her mouth, and she ended up sick a few days in to our week trip with a fever up to 102.8 and so we ended up having to leave early. I used Microban and paper towels on all surfaces, and the amount of dirt that came up was disturbing. I informed the owner about it not being cleaned and she called back saying the cleaners stated they cleaned but that they would come back in the morning to clean "again". I declined as I needed the place cleaned right away since I had a 1yo as did my brother as well. There were sewing needles on the carpet, and Bobby pins. Thankfully I found these before my daughter did. I definitely did not enjoy having to clean the entire place the first couple hours of being there when we needed to do other things as well to get settled in. Although it is a great location and the balcony is awesome, I would not stay here again due to the uncleanliness of the place. I paid about 5k for a week, just for my 1yo to get very sick from a used nasal spray that should have been picked up by the cleaners, and only got to enjoy 3 out of the 7 days I paid for.

We stayed at the same unit last year and were happy last year This year it appeared that no maintenance had been done on the unit. Front door was broken and not all of us could open it. Tile in front in front of door was broken Unit was very dirty despite being cleaned. We couldnt use the one bedroom the first night because food left under the bed made room smell It was a big disappointment as we had enjoyed this unit so much last year

We chose this condo mainly for 3 reasons. 1. Location, we had a specific need to be below 40th 2. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 3) cost to get the 2 requirements. The layout of the condo is fantastic, Starting with the outside, parking right under the building and on the first floor (elevator or stair options) small building (which we wanted) with only 8 units. Preferred layout with a master on one end and then 2 more large bedrooms that are across from each other not touching each other. Bathrooms also fine, no concerns. The Kitchen is small but functions pretty well and is equipped nicely (we actually used the slow cooker to have a few things "on hand" for lunch nice little bar that helps for serving dinner or beach cocktails. The living room is nice and has room for 5-6 people comfortably. Beach access is great and being close to the boardwalk makes for nice walks in the evenings. Because nothing is perfect...especially for this price range. 1. In the middle of 2 busy streets, one at each end of the condo = lots of street noise. The worst part is the 6:00 AM wake up from the trash trucks -pick up for about 15-20 minutes at multiple stops at what seems right at your door. Is it terrible no, is it loud and kind of annoying, yes. 2. The Pool. we read the reviews, we knew it was small. Advertising for a pool is not quite accurate, think king-sized bed size pool 2.5 ft. deep. treat this condo as not having a pool when assessing housing options. Good condo for price, not great.

Had a great time during our stay here in ocean city. The condo is in a great location, close to the beach, boardwalk, mini-golf and water park. The kids had fun at the arcade close by and also doing the go-karts. Looking forward to another trip down to ocean city.

Pros: location was block from boardwalk/beach and made it very convenient for quick beach trip with a baby, 2 parking spaces right near entrance, baby items provided-stroller, pack n play, wrap around deck was great to sit on, access to pool (though small and not super clean), Katie was super responsive and quick to respond/try to resolve issues, elevator made it easy access, dishes and kitchen items we needed were available Cons: condo was not cleaned upon our arrival and didn’t end up getting cleaned until following morning (cleaning company issue). Katie did refund and tried to accommodate for this. Linens weren’t delivered until 9pm (again, not the host’s fault just a note). Half of the outlets in master suite didn’t work. Even after cleaning, condo still wasn’t super clean (my crawling one year old had black on her hands and knees, couches were crumby), quite a lot of street noise (but should’ve assumed because of location), the flooring is peeling near front door and it is very loud when opened or closed (2 bedrooms right near door might be impacted by noise)

Property was located just a block from the boardwalk. We loved the outdoor balcony and the open concept kitchen/living room. Would definitely stay here again!
