This house served our needs and I would consider staying here again. It has been nicely remodeled on the inside. Beds were comfortable. Rooms and linens were clean. I wouldn’t say it is exactly spacious, but certainly adequate. 2 bedrooms were fairly small, as was the main floor bathroom. There is not room for 5 or 6 people to sit comfortably in the living room, partly because the one dining table is also in a corner of that room, taking up some of the space. The wooden dining chairs must be used if everyone is visiting in the living room, and 2 of the 4 are a bit uncomfortable. But these are manageable issues if you are not planning to spend most of your time in the house. My biggest concerns were outside. In a transitioning neighborhood, it was a little unsettling to see upon arrival that our house was the one with the unmown yard. The grass was quite high. This was a problem in the backyard where we had trouble finding the gravel parking pad because there was so much high grass among the gravel. I don’t recommend parking in the back during major rain. In an unusually heavy rain, the backyard and sidewalk were flooded by several inches, and water engulfed my new shoes when I stepped out of the car. Having said all this, we were fine staying in this cute smallish house. It served our purposes and we made memories there. It was also close to relatives we were visiting and some major area attractions. Who knows, maybe we’ll stay there again someday.

Ginnie was very helpful during planning, gave thorough check-in instructions, and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. The house isnadorable, and the space was perfect for our family of 4. Highly recommend the property and host!

Overall positive. Comfortable beds. Plenty of quality bathroom towels. Nice layout of home. Happy to have access to a washer and dryer. Again, very satisfied with our stay!

This location was great for Derby weekend! Host had great recommendations for us. She was quick responding to everything. Left us a cute welcome package for Derby weekend! Reasonable Uber rides downtown and close to the airport. Overall an excellent stay for what we needed! Thank you again

loved the kitchen bedrooms better than hotel stay

We enjoyed the separation of the basement suite. Two groups of people one in the downstairs one upstairs it was very comfortable. Enjoyed being together then retreating to privacy.

This house was so clean and tidy! We had enough space for both our kids to have their own rooms. A great place to rest our heads after exploring KY! Close to the highway was a major plus!

My family rented this house for my father's 70th birthday. We all had a great time and the house is exactly as listed.
