Nothing to be like
Staff are not giving any service. Washroom are not cleaned, I booked a.c big room , but they provide small room where we not able to get ready . They are not providing any toiletries

The room was filthy and unclean. The owner was asking for more money than indicated in booking. Kept on arguing and took 1.5 hrs to check-in.

This is the worst possible room any one can get in so called Hotel...
Firstly they were not aware that there was a booking (probably last preferences given to online booking via Booking .com). Then after checking they provided a worst possible room which was not clean after raising the issue they changed the bed sheet but still Ants were every where in the room. Even Breakfast was included in the package but still they charged a high amount for breakfast (as per them only parathas is in package not bread butter etc).

They did not honor our other 3 booking even after part payment was made. Till date we are waiting for that refund.

The rooms had computer monitors as TV, the room had no AC and it didn't mention on booking.com. There was no decent parking and staff. The photos were misleading

My old parents stayed there. My mother is a heart patient. The staff provided very good care to her. It is a very good hotel. Please visit it.
