My wife and I have an infant and we stayed here for a weekend. We had an amazing time. The neighborhood is so pretty. The unit is on a dead-end street so barely any cars drive through. It feels very safe with tons of street parking right in front of the unit. The unit is super cute and comfortable, with multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy. We particularly enjoyed playing in the grassy front yard with our infant son, and sitting in the back patio while he was sleeping. There is also an awesome park just a short walk away that we enjoyed. Highly recommend!

This was absolutely the cutest place to stay. Near the end of a dead end street, very quiet. The bikes were a fun way to get around. If I ever come back to the area, I will definitely stay here again.

Wow! Utterly Unbelievable and amazing, one of our best booking experience everr! Location Location Location beatiful Culver city safe and cool neighborhood with gorgeous trees and close to anything. Outstanding amenities even bicycle to ride to Venice Beach and Santa Monica. You got your barbecue grill, new appliences and seatings outside as well. House has a cool decoration that you can enjoy inside and outside. Words can not describe enough, we will definitely stop by again. Thank you!

Great 2 bedroom cottage. Absolutely everything you could need, including bicycles to use and fire pit. Beds were very comfortable. Really appreciate that coffee pods, salt, pepper, sugar, creamers, coffee filters etc all available to use. Location is awesome with a short walk to Jackson Market and Deli and to downtown Culver City. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Max!

We stayed for a little under a week and loved the house! It was so cute and clean and had everything we could wish for. The porch became our favorite spot in LA and we spent every morning having coffee there! Would completely stay with Max and Heidi again if we visit in the future.

This was such a lovely community! While we were the only guests there at the time, it is built for several guests to have their own house/guest house. They houses are small, but so cute and you do not feel like you are lacking anything. The location is always incredible! This neighborhood feels like the suburbs because it is quiet and the houses and beautiful. It is also right down the street from incredible food and activities. The apartment/cottages/houses themselves have their own outdoor patios as well as a lovely common space with a fire pit, soaking tubs, and chairs to lay out. Beach cruiser bikes are even provided to the renters. The front yard in the cottage we staid in was gorgeous as well, and we spent some time out on a blanket sunbathing. This is a small apartment, but it was big enough for 3 people to stay comfortably. I would absolutely stay here again. The house and the location are great! Alexandria Moreno

Quiet, cozy neighborhood! The home is cuter than pictured. We felt so at home! The beds were super comfortable and the little cafe/market right down the street was amazing! We came for a concert that was at Sofi Stadium in Inglewood. It was about at 25 min Drive. Perfect place to stay if you are going to concert/sporting events there!

A lovely stay over the thanksgiving holiday. Max and Heidi were super responsive before and during the visit. We arrived on thanksgiving day with no problem checking in. The cottage is chic with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A quiet neighborhood with easy parking on the street. Walking distance to many local coffee shops and restaurants in the neighborhood (super domestic is a must try!). Thank you for making our stay at Culver City such a great experience!

Good location. Close to airport, Culver City and beaches. Quiet neighborhood.

This was the perfect place for my family and I to spend a week. The neighborhood is lovely and the space works great if you have kids. We were able to walk to restaurants, a park and playground. We loved the outdoor area in the back and fenced in front yard for our toddler to run. Washer/dryer on site was immensely helpful. Really nice to have a tub in one of the bathrooms, too. Everything was clean upon check-in and the beds were so comfy. We will definitely stay here again upon our next visit to LA.

A great place to stay and relax, was a nice quiet place.

We loved everything about our stay at Sunny Cottages! The house was incredibly comfortable, with separate bedrooms and bathrooms for parents and kids, a comfortable kitchen and eating area and multiple, lovely outdoor spaces. We especially appreciated the attention to detail: a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, plenty of hanging/drawer space, good appliances, and AC that cooled the house when the heat spiked. We took advantage of the bikes and nearby bike paths, and relaxed on the back patio nearly every day. The location can’t be beat; Culver City is a gem with great coffee and restaurants in walking distance, and easy access to the rest of the city (relatively speaking.) We have family in the are and we will be reserving this home again in the future!

As previous Culver City residents this property was absolutely perfect for a return visit. Immaculately clean, stylishly thought out and with amazing air con this is one of the best online rentals we have ever stayed in. The communications from the owners was perfect, the free bikes made getting round downtown Culver a breeze, and the firepit was a great touch. Highly recommended!

Very clean, well equipped. Communication with Max was very good. Having the use of the bikes was really good, we cycled down the Ballona Trail to Venice then along to Santa Monica. Bikes are very basic but fine for flat bike paths. House is in a perfect location for Jackson’s Deli and other restaurants in Culver. Would definitely recommend.

Visiting L.A. for several events, and needed a central location for my wife and a few friends. These cottages were absolutely perfect for our needs. And the owners/managers were friendly, communicative, helpful and professional. We would absolutely stay again....some details of our time there are below. Note, we stayed in two of the four units...the two street-facing units, so this review will be posted for both units. Parking: No off-street parking, but we easily found parking in front of the house and/or very nearby (few houses away at most). Couple of the days had alternate side of the street parking that limited spaces a tad, but absolutely not an issue for us. Neighborhood: Super quiet, and the homes/neighborhood is lovely. Walkable to downtown Culver City, near Jackson's Market which has an incredible outdoor seating area for quiet coffees/snacks/light meals. We walked about a mile to grab ice cream, assorted meals, etc. Easy drive to grocery stores and other needs. Very safe area, and did not feel like we were in the city. My wife and the friends with us were thrilled with the area. Cottages: Well-stocked, and had everything we needed. We didn't really use the stove, but ample space to cook if needed. Full fridge, and plenty of counter space. Bedding was comfy, and the cross-breezes with open windows/doors (have screens) were great. There were guests in the two back cottages, and we could hear them chatting, but there's enough division by fencing/hedges to never feel intruded upon. We used the shared common areas, and never felt crowded. Unfortunately, we did not use the bikes, outdoor tubs or fire pit, but they all were nice. The landscaping for the property is well-maintained and lush, and the overall setup of the property obviously had some thought put into it. The indoor spaces had creative touches, as did the outdoor areas. We spent a lot of time on the front porch, as there's a lovely fenced-in front yard. Functional, stylish and cozy overall. I wouldn't recommend for large parties, unless you booked all the units, but for couples, close friends and small families, we'd recommend. We didn't have any complaints. And even if we could find something we didn't like, based on our interactions with the hosts, we'd fully expect them to resolve them quickly. In fact, they allowed us to check-in a little early since our flights were earlier, and addressed an unexpected issue with professionalism and generosity. We will be back!

This was the second time we have stayed at this property while visiting our daughter at school. It's a great location, quiet neighborhood and wonderful place to come back to after a busy day. Plenty of room for everyone and wonderful amenities!
