Everything went smoothly. Plenty of space and nice pool for the children to enjoy.

House was large and spacious to accommodate the entire group. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. Very enjoyable stay.

It was so fun to enjoy this beautiful home for our grandson's 7th birthday. He had fun picking out his bedroom and with multiple ones to choose from everyone was happy with their rooms. We like to stay in homes that have a lived in vibe. We feel it allows us to be more relaxed and enjoy our stay as if we were family. The pool and multiple outside seating areas made the stay especially fun. Since there were multiple umbrellas there was always plenty of shade. Boerne was a fun town to shop and visit and had lots of outdoor eating options. Important to us since the grandkids were unvaccinated. Our host, Elaine, made sure that we had everything we needed including a gift basket with lots of treats for the grandkids and wine for the adults. The house was clean and very well stocked. The shower in the hall bath is fantastic. Pool was great with plenty of seating. The home owner was always available and very nice in all correspondence. The welcome basket was a first for me and I have stayed at several properties. The basket gave us 8 ladies such a wonderful, welcome feeling, felt very at home the entire time. Elaine was very responsive. Cleanliness dinged slightly due to pool service, but overall, we had a wonderful vacation.

Was perfect for a family gathering to attend family wedding. Plenty of room and amenities. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate to allow us to enjoy the great back yard. Thanks Elaine!

Overall, the property was great. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, building a fire and everyone having their own room. My daughter and a few of her friends had a blast.

We spent Easter weekend here and it was very nice . Plenty of room for the whole family . The back yard is relaxing especially when it lights up in the evening. We will hopefully be back in the summer time.

The property has everything we were looking for our spring break vacation, it is isolated, has a private pool and a lot of privacy. Elaine was an excellent host, always concern about any needs we may have had and very easy to communicate with. Besides some cleaning issues we had at the beginning, we had a great time.

The property was fine- owner was nice to deal with, lots of pots and pans, towels, etc. They had decorated for Christmas and that was nice. Other than that, the quality of location (overlooking properties had junk, rooster cried starting at 4:30am, random fireworks nextdoor, neighbor/pool person came by at 8pm) for the cost was not in our expectations.

Elaine was very helpful and friendly. And seemed genuinely concerned that we enjoyed our stay. The house was well stocked with linens towels and utensils. They were plenty of pots and pans for cooking. And enough placement settings for 16. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

We have a large family of 8; kids ranging from 4-21 (6), then we also had friends and family come and spend time with us on different days and still had plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of each other! Ms. Elaine was amazing, she had plenty of treats for our arrival and the house had lots of goodies! We stayed there the whole time, cooked, played games, celebrated birthdays, enjoyed the pool, and roasted smore's at night! Having the gated area and private parking made life so much easier plus the double fridges. Recommend that if you are a large group like we do in most places to help with the AC bring your own box fans, to help keep things circulating. We had no problem with anything and enjoyed the house and our stay greatly, we would love to come back!! Thank you for being so nice and quick to respond if I had any questions we were blessed to have the time there with family and friends! :)

Elaine was great. She had her fridge stocked with things she thought we might need or want, along with a candy and chip jar. The outdoor area was great. There is a huge window we could watch everyone play while the ones who wanted to be in air conditioner could stay in. She has great outdoor lights lined around the bushes and steps going to the pool. The fire pit was ready to light with logs for an outdoor fire for s’mores. Plenty of room for 11 of us. Thank you Elaine.

We checked in, had our groceries delivered, and never left. The house was ideal for our family get together. Elaine was very accommodating to all our needs.

ELAINE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR US AS WE ARRIVED LATE IN THE EVENING. SHE HAD THE FRIDGE STOCKED FOR BREAKFAST FOR US. WE APPRECIATED THAT SO MUCH! (COFFEE, EGGS, MILK, BREAD, JUICE, PASTRY.) THE ONLY SUGGESTION I WOULD MAKE, IS POSSIBLY HAVING A FEW MORE BOWLS IN KITCHEN TO PREPARE FOOD. THE WEATHER PERMITTED US TO USE THE POOL(UNHEATED) IF IT HAD NOT... IT MIGHT HAVE BEEN DIFFERENT WITH 7 KIDDOS...BUT WE WERE GONE FOR MOST OF THE TIME SIGHTSEEING! SO, IF THE FORECAST SUGGESTS POSSIBLE RAIN, FOR FAMILIES WITH KIDS MAYBE THROW IN SOME INDOOR TOYS FOR 3 AND UNDER. ELAINE FURNISHED OUTDOOR TOYS AND BEACH TOWELS FOR THE POOL! WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN. ELAINE IS THE BEST HOST! THANKS SO MUCH!
