Bienvenue à Santa Rosa! Profitez de notre belle maison spacieuse située au coeur du comté de Sonoma avec des établissements vinicoles dans toutes les directions. Quartier calme et paisible avec un parc de l'autre côté de la rue. Un court trajet en voiture ou Uber aux restaurants, bars et boutiques. Enfin, rentrez chez vous et dégustez un verre de vin sur la terrasse au coin du feu.
La maison a beaucoup d'espace. Nous avons 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain complètes. Lit queen size très confortable dans toutes les chambres. Un canapé convertible dans la salle familiale avec une cheminée chaleureuse. Un grand salon et une salle familiale baignés de lumière naturelle. Grand espace de patio principal avec foyer chaud.

Location was great! Loved toasting our family trip with the complimentary bottle of wine when we arrived. The place was just wonderful (4 bedrooms worked perfectly, as did the layout and furnishings of the house.) Had fast and good communication with the owner. Would definitely recommend!

We had three generations in this home. There was plenty of room for all of us. The park across the street was perfect for the grandchildren.

10 Family members, aged 9-72 spent three nights at the house. It was roomy and well-stocked for cooking for a bigger group. We spent the days visiting the coast (Point Reyes and Jenner areas) canoeing, hiking, eating and visiting highlights of each area. Also did s ome cooking at the house and ordered dinners each night to eat at the house and relax and have wine and birthday cake for 3 nights! Only suggestion is better lighting in the bedrooms! And the coffeemaker was not behaving well....But other than that, we loved the house and the entire time spent there and out having fun!

We had a great time, the home was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Plenty of towels and supplies provided. Gail was also quick to respond when I had a question and even provided a great restaurant recommendation. Would stay again!

10 adults, 1 infant and 1 toddler enjoyed the wedding vacation and the cute park right across the street. The host was very quick in responding to any questions that we asked and even rented a full size crib for our toddler. The price was reasonable and included everything we needed for the full week stay.

The property was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet and nice. The playground across the street was an excellent bonus for the young children staying with us. We had an issue understanding how to get one of the showers to work and contacted the host. The communication from the host was excellent and we soon had it working.

Great home. Spacious for eight of us. Loved the backyard deck! We were here for a family wedding. All events were 15 minutes or less from the house. Gail is great. We want to come back for a wine country trip!

Our choice to stay with family at this lovely home was perfect for our daughters wedding. The house had plenty of amenities, and lots of room. The central location to everything was wonderful! House was super clean, and the bottle of wine upon arrival was a nice touch!!

We recently stayed at the house during a trip to the area for wine tasting and it was the perfect location for us. It was easy to get to Healdsburg, Sonoma or anywhere we wanted to go. The kitchen was well stocked for a rental and we appreciated that as we cooked in a few meals. We had a few questions/hiccups during our stay and Gail was super quick to respond.

My family was in town for a wedding and this was the perfect place to stay. Very clean, great location, well stocked with thoughtful extras like an umbrella, slippers and fresh ground coffee. Management was accommodating and accessible. We would definitely stay here again!

Gail was excellent to work with. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and location near food and activities. The house was perfect for our group of 4 to enjoy the comfort of our own rooms. The 3 bathrooms were even enough for the 4 women in our group. The house rules were easy to follow, and we would definitely book again. Thank you, Gail!!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The home was well equipped and had lots of space for our family. The neighborhood was quiet and there is a park across the street, perfect for the kids. No complaints at all.

We enjoyed staying at this property. The location seemed to be very central to our needs. The beds were comfortable. We did not use most of the kitchen, other than for coffee, but it seemed very well equipped.

Fantastic property, close to everything. Beautifully appointed with all necessities. Gail is very easy to work with. My wife needed medication delivered and Gail was very accomodating and accepted them for us. We are extremely appreciative.

Clean and convenient location to wineries. Provided lots of hand soap, shampoo and toilet paper which was nice. Nice outdoor firepit area. One suggestion I would have is to provide some type of dresser or chest of drawers in the bedrooms to put your clothes. It is hard to live out of your suitcase for a week. And it would be nice for the bedrooms to have TVs and bedside tables on both sides of the bed. Gail was very responsive when we ran into issues.

Roomy, clean house. Nice quiet street with a large park across the street. The host Gail was very responsive and helpful when there were minor issues.
Only one minor suggestion, to give the guests a clear expectation of when they will be texted the entry code, as I was not initially sure how/when I would be receiving that. It was texted prior to the check-in time so worked out fine.

Santa Rosa Adventure
this home is close to lots of fun things --breweries, wineries, museums, shopping. Great beds --very comfortable. Nice living room & family room with places to spread out for a group. Nice back yard and plenty of good chairs and patio table. Plenty of nice plates & glasses & cook ware. The home needs some minor repairs but this did not really give us a problem --just a heads up for the owners. Overall very good experience & stay
