We stayed day after Christmas until new years day. Weather was wonderful, beach was never crowded. Unit was clean and functional. Parking is only issue, all spots assigned, ours was under building which was virtually impossible to use with a full sized truck. Ended up parking across street in properties adjacent lot

Nice two bedroom condo. No windows in the bedrooms, so I didn’t know when it was morning. It was nice having two bathrooms as well. The porch was nice and warm from the sun. I would absolutely stay here again.

The condo was extremely clean and the location was great! It is as the pictures depict. The balcony was very close to the beach and the pool area was clean and convenient. Sunsets off the balcony were fantastic! The only downside to this property was some odd issues with plumbing and electrical. For example, some of the light switches had to be on for certain electrical outlets to work. As the week progressed, the knobs for the showers became difficult to turn, as if they were becoming loose. The washer and dryer are located right outside the door, which can create some noise when people are using them. The condo decorations were somewhat outdated, which did not bother us in the least, but may bother some. Overall, this was a great place to stay in a great area.

The pool was clean but very warm and we spent all our time right out front on the gulf shore lounging in the waves. This area of the beach is clean and flat and the perfect place to spend the day or catch a beautiful sunset.

The Holiday Villas III Gulf Front Condos were a great place to stay. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. Great time of year for the beach! We will definitely come to the place again!
