First and foremost, the view! Wow wow wow. We enjoyed the porch with the fire pit and hot tub the most. The house is very cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed our selves immensely. The pool table was so much fun as well. We loved that the house was a little bit of a drive to town so we were away from the hustle and bustle. But still only a 25 min drive so it wasn’t too bad. If you can, get to the house for the first time in the day time because the turns can be a little nerve wracking if you’re not used to it. The owners texted while we were staying to ask if everything was going well which I very much appreciated. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Great loaction, great mountain views....however..pictures in VRBO ad are misleading when viewed in person. Inside cabin had a distinctive pet urine odor, and musty smell. Deck was loaded with spider webs. Spider webs were actually inside sliding glass door. Appliances are all updated, but thats all for the recent update. Beds were comfortable. 3 issues required managements assistance to reseolve. Master shower drain was severely clogged, water would not drain. Front door inside door knob was loose to the point we feard it would fall off. Fire pit tank was empty. All of these issues were addressed and recitifed by management.

As advertised. Great views, 3 bedrooms, and pet friendly. Couple tips: Last 2 weekends in Oct are overloaded with visitors in Gatlinburg and Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Recommend planning weekdays for downtown and the park. Also recommend making sure to get to the cabin for first time in the daylight. The twisty roads and couple hairpin turns in the dark could be an adventure.

The location was great to be able to see bears up close and personal. However, the cabin needs work. The home has a odor that seeps into anything you bring. The primary bathroom shower needs to have the drain cleaned as it drains very slowly. The fire pit outside doesn’t work. The cabin needs a deep clean including the windows and sills. The hot tub started to turn green a few days into our stay. The grill’s drip pan is what attracts the bears to the deck. If you go when you need the furnace, it will keep you up at night as it is very loud. We didn’t call the management service on any of these issues as we just worked around them. Overall, good location and decent place to stay, but needs some attention.

Kids loved the hot tub, adults loved the fire pit and gorgeous view.

We loved the location of this cabin and the view was absolutely incredible!! Would definitely go back!! The host checked in during the week to make sure everything was up to par which was also very nice!

This house was awesome! We LOVED the views - the first night we sat outside, used the hot tub, and the fire pit. Vicky was amazing to work with - very responsive and helpful. The house was big enough to fit 5 of us and the pool table was a plus to entertain the guys while the girls got ready! :) we made breakfast one morning and the bears made an appearance on the deck! I’d suggest bringing extra towels, toilet paper, tissues, seasonings, etc. I’d definitely recommend booking this place!

We had a great stay. We will definitely consider this property if we are ever back in the area. Please tell the owners we are very happy.

The home was just as pictured. The view was absolutely amazing. The pool table and shuffleboard were excellent entertainment too. The best part of our four day stay were the bears we saw. We woke up one day to find one on the back patio. Another day, the mama bear was walking down the street with three babies close behind. Everything was clean and well maintained. If you like to golf, definitely remember your clubs!

We enjoyed everything about this property. The view, the space, and the garage! The pool table and shuffle board added fun entertainment when we had some down time. The deck was perfect for BBQing and sitting around the fire or in the hot tub. The ability to bring our furry friend along made it top notch. Thank you for a great stay.

We had a wonderful time staying here. Good communication with the hosts. Was very clean and had beautiful views of the mountains. FYI, there is a mama bear with cubs in the area. Got great pics of the bears, amazing. Also, pretty high, winding road to the house, need to be careful. All in all, was a great trip, beautiful area.

The property was great! Plenty of space for 5 to spread out. Really enjoyed seeing the family of bears almost every day.

We really enjoyed our stay the house was as advertised great views and quiet neighborhood. Would recommend staying here the owners are very responsive. Had multiple visits from a mama bear and her cub.

We loved our stay at this property! The house is beautiful and we enjoyed the view! We saw the black bears every day we stayed. So fun! We would definitely come back again.

We had a great time and loved this rental. We had everything we needed to be comfortable, and it was great to be able to bring our dogs. We loved sitting on the deck watching the sunrise over the mountains every morning while drinking our coffee. We even got to see two bears walking up the road out front one afternoon. We would definitely rent this one again!

We really enjoyed this property! I had a user error getting into the door and was able to get in but Vickie called me back promptly and gave me the property manager’s number for issues. Still 5 stars in my opinion but the place badly needs a new grill. Between age, the elements and lack of proper cleanings we didn’t feel safe using it.

The views from the cabin are breathtaking. There are neighbors fairly close by so privacy is limited on the back deck. This was a family get together so it fit what we needed. Contact with the property manager over minor issue was resolved quickly. Plenty of bear sightings too! 😊

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! It is quite the uphill drive to the cabin but fun. Some of the dishes were dirty, porch area and garage were covered in sticks and leaves, and inside the cabinets and drawers were dust and crumbs. The worst was that we had packed light thinking we had a washer/dryer. The washer is broken and does not spin- just fills up with water and soaks your clothes :( Again, we enjoyed our stay but this cabin needs some a little TLC.

The views from the back deck are amazing! The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for a family getaway. The hosts were kind, helpful and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Property had a great view. The three king sized beds worked well for our group. Also loved the gas fireplace for heating the family room on cold evenings. We would stay here again.

Check in was easy and directions were good. House was not as clean as we had hoped, counter tops were sticky and silverware and hanging wine glasses were dirty with old food. We had brought food I had made at home to be just popped in the oven on arrival. It was very disappointing that the ovens would not go above 280 degrees F. They are new appliances and the same brand I have at home and there was no way to change the setting. This made the baking process take 3 times longer. I am glad we didn't have to depend on the oven for any other meals. The propane in the fire pit was empty so we called the number available to unlock the full tanks and was answered quickly. The gentleman instructed us to put the empty tanks on the front porch and they would be picked up the next morning for exchange. The empty tanks were never picked up so we had to put them back on the deck. We had our dogs with us and followed policy and brought our own sheets and comforter from home for use in the room the dogs would be sleeping in. One of the other bedrooms had a lot of animal hair on the comforter from previous use and had to wash it before we could use it. Wouldn't have been so bad if we had not gotten in late and had to wait for it to dry. We cleaned up some garbage on the property that we found and after our dogs. I am grateful to have found had a place that would accept dogs. I normally do not write reviews and am doing so now so that maybe changes can be made for future tenants.

We went to Tennessee for a family vacation from the state of Maine and it was an awesome place that had everything in it that we would’ve needed for that vacation and especially happy for a washer and dryer with five kids. Overall, it was an awesome experience and great communication between the owner and myself. Definitely will be doing it again. Anytime we go back to Tennessee. It will be the place to go!!!

Fantastic cabin! We will definitely be returning! The location was only about 30 minutes from the main parkway. There is a fun zip line place literally just 7 minutes from the cabin. The shuffleboard table was awesome— very unique! Breathtaking views from the back deck!

Not only was there property manager friendly, but the owners were great to communicate with as well. Can't wait to message them again for our next stay!!!

Booked this as a surprise for my wife and the family , fantastic location and great lodge with beautiful views of the mountains from the deck with the hot tub the icing on the cake. Will definitely re visit

Check in was super easy and finding the property was a breeze. The Mountain View was breathtaking. There were plenty extra blankets to cuddle up with. I wished there were more towels, but there was a washer and dryer on site which was great. There was plenty of soap and dish detergent. I would recommend bringing additional trash bags and towels. Communication with the host was nice. I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone looking to get away from the hustle of the city. Big thanks to the host for providing such a comfortable and safe environment.

The view was a feast for the eyes! The house is set up nice. We did have issues with grill not working and oven not working properly. The policy is too put away all dishes when you leave and I think it should change to load and start dishwasher, we found dirty dishes and silverware in cupboards. We didn’t have enough towels for our group and the property manager came right out with more. I will go back. The property managers will work with you to make sure you are happy and like I said- THAT VIEW!

Property was exactly as described. Pictures do not do scenery justice. Beautiful views!! Lost power on last day, but not this cabin!! Has propane generator that kept everything going!! Would recommend 100 times over and again!!

Loved this cabin ! Will definitely be staying here again ! The only complaint I could make is there needs to be some chalk for the pool sticks .. Everything was amazing !
