Host was very responsive and pleasant to work with. House was very clean and exactly as advertised. Location was close to high way and in a very clean and quiet neighborhood. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Great location, beautiful home! More than enough space for our family to get ready for our family weekend wedding!

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It was clean, the neighborhood is great, the house is well equipped with everything needed. There are a couple of things to mention. Some thought may be given to adding some additional blankets. The toilet roll holder in the main bedroom bathroom was off when we checked in. The anchor screws had not held. I positioned the holder on top of the tank so it would not fall out in the middle of the night, which would be frightening. Also, I broke a wine glass. The glass had been placed in the dish washer on the top rack. The glasses are high enough not to allow proper clearance. I was trying to reposition the glass when in tipped and struck another glass and broke the stem. Please let me know how much it costs to replace this one glass. I do apologize for this accident.

This property was perfect for a 30+ family gathering. Very well stocked home with lots of room, seating, and dining. The wrap-around porch was great for sitting and chatting and the large basement held us all for a karaoke sing-a-long. The children enjoyed the nearby pool. Appreciated the property managers quick responses to questions!! THANKS SO MUCH!!

This house is amazing and very spacious. Really clean and well kept.

This home fit our needs at a good price point and location. We had plenty of room to spread out within the home and also within the neighborhood - community pond/park and elementary school were within walking distance. Our family of 7 also appreciated the large dining table and well-stocked kitchen, allowing us to enjoy dinners together. A few small items could be addressed to make the home feel more inviting... 1) more blankets -beds only had a sheet and a very thin quilt 2) hand towels and washcloths - only bath towels were provided making the home feel more sterile than a hotel 3) bikes in better repair - only one bike (out of 7 or 8) was was in working order Overall, we found this home to be in a good location with plenty of space for everyone. The owners seem interested in providing a good experience, so I suspect they'll add a few blankets and towels to further enhance the stay for future guests. We'd stay here again.

7 women friends met up for a reunion. The kitchen spices were BEST stocked rental I’ve ever been in. We did a lot of cooking and wanted for nothing regarding dishes/cookware. Tod was a great communicator. Easy check in/checkout. Only suggestion is more blankets/throws available for cold older ladies. We had a few smokers and the screened porch was fabulous for that use and much appreciated. Beautiful, quiet, friendly neighborhood. Lots of room to spread out. Living room furniture was blissfully comfortable! Beds were also very comfortable. Would book again in a heartbeat if we reunion in Wichita again.

This property was exceptional! The home was very clean, well organized and lots of room! Driving into the subdivision we saw the police station. It made me feel very safe to be so close. I and my family had a wonderful time staying here. It was definitely set up for family's. They have bikes, games and tv's in every room. That you for such a wonderful stay!!

This is our second time to stay at this house. It has served as a retreat space for us. The owner was easy to contact. The house had plenty of space for us. Highly recommend!

The house was large and comfortable. It was clean upon arrival. We enjoyed our stay and it was large enough to have additional family come by for dinner. The kids enjoyed playing in the large finished basement. We will most likely stay again next year.

The house had adequate bedrooms and lots of space for visiting. Kitchen worked well for cooking breakfast. A nice place for family to gather. Be sure to bring your own sundry items.

Yeah, the TV worked this year. Didn't have a can opener in the kitchen. No Blankets were found in drawers or cupboards. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.

There ended up being 5 couples in my family that met in Wichita for a cousins wedding. We had not all been together in 5+ years. We were able to enjoy our time after the wedding visiting in a wonderful home setting. There was a problem with the AC the second night so it got really hot! It was NOT the homeowners fault and he tried everything to get someone out on a Saturday night to fix it to no avail. We did love it and the location and would definitely use it again!

The house was great! Plenty of space to spread out. Nice quiet neighborhood. My girls loved the bikes!! The location to the Wichita Forum was perfect. We hope to be able to rent this house again for next year’s volleyball camp!!

The home was fully stocked with everything needed, including towels for the community pool. It was perfect for our small family reunion of kids and grandkids. Will stay again!

We loved our stay and it was great for a large group!

We had a few families from our softball team stay together for an out of town tournament. The 13-14 yr old girls stayed downstairs in the basement where all of their "stuff" stayed out of the way and the upstairs stayed spotless! The bathroom downstairs was HUGE and had plenty of room for a few girls to get ready at once. The kitchen was a great size when everyone was going in different directions trying to get to the fridge or sink or pantry all at the same time. Plenty of seating in the living room for everyone to sit and watch the WCWS games. The grill was exactly what we needed to grill out for the team. While we cooked, all the kids hopped on the bikes and got away from the phones and technology !! Great location with a Dillon's a few miles away which made it quick and easy to stock the fridge and pantry. Kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner for everyone. Oversized washing machine was spot on for washing uniforms. Loved our stay! Made it as close to being "Home" as possible.

Even though it is not in downtown Wichita it was at the most 15-20 minutes away from where we wanted to be. The neighborhood was great snd getting in and out very easy. Very clean and stocked with items for a great time. I would recommend this place to anyone heading that direction
