Nous sommes à seulement 10 minutes à pied du centre de Berry. Venez vivre une véritable expérience rurale et agricole, aidez-nous à nourrir le bétail et les chevaux et même venez faire un tour en charrette tirée par des chevaux. Le meilleur d'un week-end très calme à la ferme avec un accès proche aux commerces et cafés du Berry. C'est génial pour les enfants ou pour ce moment romantique, ou même pour le week-end entre filles.

Great location, excellent property, well equipped, friendly owners. Highly recommended. We were here as 3 friends playing golf. The property has lovely views and has everything you would want. One of the best places we have stayed - we will definitely return with our families.

Lovely and beautiful farm, peaceful vibe. Ken is very kind to take us on his horse cart around the town, it was magical and wonderful experience. Great place to stay!

We had a phenomenal time at Peppergrove Cottage. It was the most magical farm stay experience we have had. Ken was a fantastic host and had the fire going and house warm when we arrived. My daughter loved feeding the horses and cows. Ken took us on a horse and carriage ride into town which was a special experience. The cottage is gorgeous and so cosy. We will definitely be back there soon. 11/10!!

This is our second stay on the farm with Ken and we will be booking again. We love everything about this holiday home. It’s perfect for two kids and two adults. Our kids loved feeding the horses and the cows and toasting marshmallows by the fire. We love the town and that you can do a lot or very little. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Midweek escape for an anniversary celebration. The cottage is immaculate and so welcoming, complete with all you could need for a comfortable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the views and spending time feeding the resident horses. The fireplace and the rainbows over the paddock added to the relaxation! Guy was friendly and helpful and knowledgeable with suggestions of things to do in the local area! A great place to getaway! Highly recommend a visit.

We had a lovely time at the farm cottage, my young children especially enjoyed feeding the horses & cows. The cottage itself was beautiful, clean & felt spacious. Ken was welcoming & accomodating, a pleasure to meet. We hope to stay again in future.

We had a lovely stay at Peppergrove! The cottage has been beautifully styled and the views over the paddocks are fantastic!
Everything has been thought of, including a well appointed kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The outdoor sitting areas are wonderful.
Highlight of our stay was definitely the horse and carriage ride into town with Ken and Carlton the Clydesdale, and meeting the cows. Ken was a great host. We will be back!

We loved our time at Peppergrove Farm. The house is well-appointed and comfortable and we lacked nothing. Ken was a friendly and generous host. Highlights included our ride into town in the horse-drawn cart, sitting out by the fire pit, feeding the horses and just enjoying the beautiful outlook. Highly recommended!

The place was very calming and relaxing, it was the perfect getaway from the city. We wish we could have stayed a few days more. Ken was a great host and the horses and cattle were very friendly!

We have just spent a lovely weekend in this delightful cottage. Ken was an absolute Gentleman and went above and beyond. My 3 year old has been talking about Farmer Ken all the way home! Cottage is idillic as is the rural setting. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything we expected
Rain couldn't dampen the stay. It was awesome. Farm animals also made us feel very at home.
If there was some way to tell at booking stage 2 x adult bedding arrangements were required, instead of 2 adult 2 children bedding set up. We will be back though.

Wonderful family holiday
We had the absolute pleasure of staying on Ken’s farm for the long weekend and we had a fabulous time. We have two kids aged one and three - everything from the accommodation through to Ken’s incredible hospitality and generosity made our stay truly memorable and a great stay for us and our little ones. The kids loved waking up on the farm, seeing the cows and feeding the horses. We loved the open fire and the easy access to all that Berry has to offer. We will definitely come again.

An easy 12 minute walk to town, cozy, lovely looking out window at cows and horses. Fire was great, bed was comfy. Suggest you bring your own soap (wasn't any), and some milk - tea and coffee was there, but at least some long-life would be a welcome addition.
But other than that very enjoyable.

The location was lovely and the accommodation was clean except for an infestation of cockroaches which swarmed over any food left out. If they are managed it was otherwise clean and comfortable with a nice view. Beds were comfy and nice outdoor areas to sit. The dishwasher also didn't seem to work.

The ultimate berry experience
Loved the tranquility while being so close to the town centre. My son loved the farm experience - feeding the cows and horses and steering the tractor. Ken is a great host - We will be back.
