House a récemment installé un système de climatisation avec des unités dans chaque pièce avec son propre contrôle de thermostat. Grand pont arrière avec barbecue et bain à remous Weber. Grand salon avec 3 chambres. Chambre 1 - Lits superposés, Chambre 2 - Grand lit double, Chambre 3 - Lit gigogne. Cuisine complète avec lave-vaisselle, Keurig etc. Complet avec 3 vélos, douche extérieure, chaises de plage et parasols. Heureux de rendre votre séjour agréable et inoubliable!

There are no words to explain how we felt the minute we walked through the front gate. Inviting peaceful feeling of happiness, no worries no sadness.
Absolutely incredible.

Such a pleasure to watch the grandchildren’s eyes light up upon arrival! The back deck was perfect, very roomy. The outdoor shower a a great place to get off the sand from the beach. Somehow kids bring back a lot of beach!! The inside was also roomy and comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay tremendously. Thank you!

We love pre-season and this house was perfect! The hot tub is a necessary feature this early in the season. Walk to beach and so close! Highly recommend.

We loved our stay! This home looks just like the pictures. The house was fully stocked and clean. The location is hard to beat (close to beach) and the hot tub was a huge bonus. Frank responded quickly to all our questions. We will definitely be back!

Lovely stay, close to beach and beautiful and clean property. Hot tub was a huge favorite, nothing like warming up and relaxing after a long day or swimming and going about the island. Centrally locates, Frank was a great and responsive host, will defiantly be staying here again!

We had a great time in fire island! The house was perfect for my family. The home had ample towels, two beach umbrellas, chairs, a cooler and the essentials. It was a perfect location, few houses from the beach and a very nice quiet family block. We absolutely loved it and Frank was great. Thank you Frank and family for allowing us to stay in your home we would definitely love to again next year

We had a great time in fire island! The house was perfect for my family. The home had ample towels, two beach umbrellas, chairs, a cooler and the essentials. It was a perfect location, few houses from the beach and a very nice quiet family block. We absolutely loved it and Frank was great. Thank you Frank and family for allowing us to stay in your home we would definitely love to again next year

Week of 23rd stay in ocean beach
Awesome location and has everything you need for the beach. Frank is extremely communicative and helpful. Would not hesitate to work with Frank again. Awesome family experience

We had a great week at this home! We are a f98 steps from the beach (my daughter counted) and there is a life guard stand at the beach entrance which was convenient for us. The block is quiet but a 5 minute walk to town. We met quite a few folks on the block and everyone was super friendly.
The house has everything you could possibly need. We were lacking for nothing.
And the hot tub was a huge hit! It was amazing to come home after day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and hop into the hot tub.
The bedrooms are small-ish but we really only slept in them and I didn’t really matter to us. The living room, kitchen a dining room are all open to each other and bright and make for a lovely place to hang out

Excellent family vacation. Frank's house is on a quite block 5 houses from the beach so no beach and town traffic which was great. Frank was very responsive with any questions we had and his house has everything you need. The only things we found missing was spare TP and no bath soap/body wash or shampoo, which was a minor inconvenience. The outdoor deck and shower were awesome and the hot tub was perfect to use after a day at the beach. Highly recommended and we will definitely be coming back.

Perfect house for family of three. Close to beach so that you can hear the waves and sleep peacefully at night. Close enough to town to run errands and enjoy restaurants and playground. Owner was responsive to our questions. Lovely stay.

The beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler made for light traveling on the ferry. The hot tub was perfect to use after dinner while listening to the ocean. We will definitely be coming back!
