Love the location, quick walk to the beach even with their beach access being under construction. I've stayed here 3 or 4 times now, and it's the best spot I've stayed at. The rooms with kitchens are great, helps cut down the cost since you don't have to eat out for everything.

The fans didn't work and it was stuffy...

we love this location.. right on the beach pretty much.. close to the main road and so much to do in either direction. Everything was provided for us to just enjoy our stay. great value.

more outlets might be nice.

The room we got was in an older building. It said courtyard view which meant parking lot view. The bathroom was so small that my legs hit the toilet when using the sink. The bedroom doesn’t have a door. Very disappointed especially for the price.

it was more like a motels room then a condo , tiny small had soap , Steak knife were broken , all knifes were dull we went out and bought some of are own . I fill that a Vonda should be a step up not down from motel . little fire place heater didn’t work .

The location is top notch. Views are incredible.

The beach access was closed. That was very disappointing. Bed was incredibly uncomfortable and we all slept terrible. No lock on master door. With little ones that is a must. The room and property were a little run down. We’ve stayed in other rooms before and they were much nicer and more comfortable.

Ocean view was fantastic

Ocean access was closed. I was in room #2. Upon arrival, the room had a musty smell. If my partner had been with me, it would have been unacceptable. Cable access was spotty.

I didn’t like that the office was only open till 7 PM as well as the swimming pool. The swimming pool was suddenly closed the second day of our trip because the water chemicals were off. Super frustrating when you’re traveling with kids who are anticipating a swimming pool. Also, the walkway down to the beach was closed . I do understand that it’s the off-season and these things happen, but we weren’t notified of any of this at check-in or advised on where an alternate route down to the beach would be. although this place was clean and comfortable, we more than likely will not stay at this property again.

love the beach and ocean views and general location in Lincoln City.

the bed was horrible, the carpet was very dirty and stained. we saw another unit (think it was #3) and it looked much nicer. the sofa we covered with an extra sheet as it was filthy.

Room was the perfect size for my family. The view was amazing. And even thought the private beach access was closed for repairs, public beach access was only a 3min walk away. Kids loved the pool as well.

The location was good

Well I reserved a room for a four night stay from October 29th to November 1st and on the 30th the owner of one of the units came in about 8:00 at night drunk yelling racial slurs and smoking dope right outside the front door of our particular unit so I went and talked to Steven that was working the night desk and told him that we had to leave he said he was going to try to refund me for all three nights but I actually only got refunded for two nights is pretty sad and owner of one of those Condominiums came in there at 8:00 at night screaming and yelling and so I will never go back to that place again it was a horrible experience actually ruined our vacation
