Grande maison et entièrement meublée! Nouvelle tuile de céramique partout, mais les chambres ont de la moquette. Canapés confortables, TV 42 "dans le salon avec Wi-Fi et câble. Ventilateurs de plafond dans chaque pièce. La cuisine a tous les appareils et les essentiels. La chambre principale a un lit king size et une salle de bain communicante. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen et une salle de bain à côté. La troisième chambre a également un lit queen size. Un garage pour deux voitures et une laveuse / sécheuse. Ce n'est pas une propriété GVR.

Clean, well equiped and comfortable.

Was perfect for my daughter and her family. It was near us, in Green Valley and shopping, which is a plus when you have 3 teenage boys. The amount of space was just right for them on their 3 day stay.

This three bedroom was in a neighborhood where we felt safe and had easy access to a walking path, picnic facilities and a playground. We enjoyed a location where we had pecan groves on two directions as we exited the neighborhood. It was close to I-19 so we could take advantage of all that Tucson had to offer. This house was conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and only a short drive to the airport. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and linen closets had lots of extra bedding, towels and blankets available.

this home was located near grocery stores, restaurants, and the freeway. Nice 3 bedroom on single level. Some freeway noise in backyard. Very small patio with only 2 chairs. Gravel backyard with no vegetation. Dining room table only seats 4. Extra folding chairs supplied. No bureaus in bedrooms.

Property was great
The property was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a quick drive to & from the Tucson airport. We will probably stay there again next time we come to Green Valley.

Very clean. Beds are comfortable. Neighborhood was peaceful. Host was helpful and response time was speedy. Thanks for such a great experience.

It was a pleasure dealing with Fred who responded very promptly to a few issues with lighting, barbecue & TV. The house is a good size but there wasn’t a dresser in any of the 3 bedrooms. The beds were comfortable & linens & towels were very good. There is good closet space in bedrooms however the carpets need to be cleaned.
We were disappointed in overall cleanliness of the house. We discovered a dog chew between the mattress & headboard of the bed in master bedroom. We don’t have a dog! I discovered a single sandal under a bed in another bedroom when I was cleaning. The sandal wasn’t mine. Almost all of the dishes, cutlery and lids to pots and pans needed to be soaked & washed by hand. There was dried food on most of the dishes & cutlery & the inside of lids for pots/pans greasy.

We appreciated the opportunity of being able to stay close to our son and his family for an extended stay in the area. The neighborhood was quiet. The house presented as in the pictures on VRBO. The location had easy access to stores and restaurants. Fred responded very quickly when we needed information or had questions about the house.

Clean and Convenient
The home is lovely and totally met our needs. Being so close to Green Valley where my parents stay for the winter (and where we were not able to rent due to age restrictions) was ideal.

Comfortable home in great location
After an arduous drive beginning with ice and slush and ending with dust storms, the Chase House in Sahuarita/Green Valley was just what the doctor ordered! The Chase House is incredibly comfortable, tastefully decorated, fully supplied with everything a traveler might need, and is located in a quiet neighborhood near world class winter cycling. Communications with Freddie were prompt and precise. Five stars!

Perfect little place
I needed to find a place to stay last minute and not only was this home available, but Freddie was willing to accommodate me with my dogs after being turned down by other places. It was comfortable, super clean and in a quiet neighborhood which I appreciated. I would definitely book my stay there again. Thank you Freddie!
