Location in the nature, stunning furnitures and settings of the hotel + swimming pool, restaurant and bar; high quality of the materials used everywhere and very cozy; a lot of parking lots next to the hotel

People at reception couldn't speak a word in English...quite unusual; breakfast layout should be replanned as it is a bit uncomfortable as it is now (people is queuing in the small place to get food, marmelade is in another room though, and the only waiter present doesn't have time to prepare coffee for everybody at the same time...while breakfast timetable is compulsory and quite short); SPA was closed except for a small pool and massages.

Exvellent position with a view on the sorrounding mountains. The hotel is well decorated and the room was confortable.

We were disappointed because the spa was not working for the entire stay and the restaurant was closed. Considering that the hotel is far from tje center of the village not having a restaurant nor a bar open was really a trouble. This was not whT we have expected when we have booked the hotel.

heritage and location

The location is breathtaking and the detail to attention was marvelous. The staff and owner were extremely friendly and helpful. Very warm and cozy atmosphere yet chic and elegant at the same time

Only thing I can remark is that more drinking water could have been provided but aside from that everything was magical.

Oriol, the desk Manager was excellent and tried his best to help us.

We went the 2nd time to Hotel Franco for a much needed relaxing weekend with a Spa. Our room which was on the other side of the Spa was not cleaned and like a cupboard, so small. Oriol managed to move us.. The much needed Spa was not working, only one jet so we skipped this, much to my dissapoint. We decided to have a pre dinner drink at the bar but again, could not relax as the staff hoovered around us, very unprofessional. We felt the hotel now concentrates more on the restaurant than the hotel It was a great shame

Food was good and quite creative. Liked all the woodwork throughout the property.

Spa pool water was not very warm. Tended to have to ask staff for pool loungers and towels. Felt the staff morale was a bit low. The Padel courts are in a very strange location - right in front of the fantastic views of the mountains.

Place is perfect, is so quiet, the room was very very comfortable, and the facilities were nice. It's good place to relax yourself.

Breakfast is between 8.30 to 9.45, I could be until 10.30h or 11.00. As well as the check out it could be until 12.00h instead to 10.00h.
