Cottage exactly as described, modern amenities, clean and well equiped. Communication with host was perfect. Location is simply wonderful, quiet, surrounded by nature, many outdoor options around the place. And for being a quite remote location, the local shop - just a short walk away - has an astonishing broad selection.

The location of this home was set in an incredible little community. The isolated and beautiful Ljørdalen valley was exactly the experience that I wanted to share with my partner for my 30th birthday, and having nearby access to Fulufjället National Park and getting to cross over into Norway from Sweden's Dalarna was delightful. My favorite opportunity this home provided was the Bråtafallet Waterfalls nearby. Bråtafallet provided a simple and stunning hiking opportunity for my partner and I. For the comfort and seclusion this provided, I would absolutely reccommend this holiday home to anyone interested in relaxing somewhere out in the wilderness for a while.

The property is on a lot with several similar properties and it appears that the community house/restaurant for the area is indefinitely under renovation. There is only one store in the vicinity with limited hours so it is important to stock up because you won't have access to late-night shopping options.

It was an amazing stay in beautiful area! The cabin is really comfortable and well equipped. Comunication with the host is great. Fresh air, beautiful views and nice weather... what more could you want 😀

Pretty much fully renovated cabin! Loved the space as 8 could sleep easy while we were a family of 4. Great location as was close to Alpine slopes while well groomed cross country trail ran just few meters away. Already got to know great location for hike, fishing a cycling - cant wait for the summer to be back. Was very convenient to check in and out! And off-course a great host just an SMS away.

Missed the fire-place & Sauna! But still great value for money with the quality and facilities we got - so no complains!

Stayed one night. Nice and quiet place. Clean. Had most the equipment you need for a stay. Small grocery store near by. Close to nice mountain area in Fulufjellet.

Would have been nice with a play area for kids. Previously was there, based on pictures from outdoor area on booking.com. Adding a wooden terrace by the cabin/apartment with divider between apartments in the same house would also be a good addition (some of the other cabins had this).
