Except that there was no toilet paper rest of the things were fine

Owner never showed up ? Couple before me said they waited two hours to get door code .
Rough area my car boot didn’t lock properly so I was not waiting any longer for owner . Rang booking .com who are always great to change hotel.
Lovely young girl , wish I could remember her name I did send a nice review for her after the time.

Everything, kept waiting on the doorstep for over half an hour as they wouldn't answer the phone, then they text me asking who I was so u said answer the phone and I'll tell you who I am, then they text back and said if I don't stop ringing they will suspend my number, so I eventually get the code for the key safe only to find that my key wasn't there, I was given a other room with no ensuit (which I booked) the room was dirty stains on the walls holes in the wall, the kettle did not work neither did the TV, no toilet paper in the toilet, I text them and told them they said there should be toilet paper in my room somewhere, well there wasn't, then they stopped replying to me and ignored me, so I had no kettle to make a cuppa, and they couldn't care less, they're am absolute joke

check in details you don’t get till 30 mins before. you get anxiety over whether you’re actually going to stay there or not.
the guy who runs the place does not answer his phone nor replies to texts. VERY POOR SERVICE.
bed sheets with someone else’s hair and also not washed
had check out till 12 and some yard man staff member started waking me up at 11 ans started arguing with me about check out time when I clearly showed him mine was 12 pm

Nothing, it was dirty, it smelled, and it was just downright uninhabitable.
I didn't like everything about it. Even the springs in the end were loose and rattling. Basement toilets and shower were disgusting and the whole place smelled of wet mold.

we reached there at 2pm. we knocked the door, called many times on given number but no one replied. we stay there around 2 hours but didn't entered the room. Kindly give us a favour and please return our money. i am a student and this amount is so much for me.

The fact that the owner hides behind not picking up the phone. They take your money then don't send code for key box with no replies to emails,texts and phone calls to then be told ain't getting code because I once gave bad review to a different property of his

I couldn't make use of my money the land owner refuse to answer me and I didn't nor lodge my my family there as it was untidy.

Nothing over all standard was the worst
Urine stains on the bed; cobweb halls, kitchen was no where near the standard in the pictures, there was stains over most of the furniture and appliances and the toilets were horribly stained and not cleaned at all to neglected levels.

Can't believe this is allowed to be listed, the place is absolutely disgusting, dirty dusty and the room I was in looked like a dungeon with jail type features in the room. TV doesn't work. Toilet floor is leaking. 0 help from host with any issues. Overall the room is vile

Location was ok but parking not great
No access to shower, apparently water wasn’t working, no covers on duvet or pillows. Mattress was literally springs with a sheet of fabric on top. No bin in room, no kettle, worst stay ever

The layout of the rooms
The bathrooms ( we had to take toilet roll from the room to the bathroom each time)
The showers looked unclean and the curtains were yellow and unsanitary.
The kitchen was not clean or hygienic

The location
Mangers were unpleasant. Unsecure property, on arrival I had acsess to all keys which meant I could get into any other room as well as my own. The bathroom was unclean and felt like I needed to wipe my feet on the way out of there.

Everything room to small no fan no fridge bed was uncomfortable you can't sleep with noisy bed

I never even got to stay there as I couldn’t enter the property I have had no contact about a refund and had to book another place

the location of the hotel was nice, with it being close to the town centre.
the room was not as I hoped, the door handle was basically hanging off the door making him feel very unsafe, the shelf was also not properly mounted to the wall as it fell off. the key box outside was also a bit stiff and took a while to open when we rung the owners they sent a video link on how to open a lock box which didn't help. he arrived in the hotel a little bit late and to his surprise when he got there, there was no lights on and he had to use his phone torch to find his room. overall the stay was extremely unsatisfactory and I would not advise anyone to stay here as it is very unpleasant.

There was so bad so dirty and it’s not like I photo. And so hard to have key and the guy on phone was so rude and so agresiv person. I was calling aske for help but him was so bad communication. I not suggest to people this place . Toilet was so bad and so dirty 🤮
