I loved the location and just the overall feeling, it was a great stay for the time being.
I am writing to express my concern regarding an unauthorized smoking charge of $100 on my recent hotel bill. Neither myself nor the other adult accompanying me are smokers, and we did not engage in any smoking activities during our stay. I kindly request a thorough review of the situation to rectify this unjust charge promptly

Location was great for where I had to go. Clean, safe and comfortable beds & room layout.
My desk chair was defective/leaning forward and could not be adjusted.

We loved the breakfast selection. The location was convenient near the airport so we could get to our flight the next day. We also loved having a few restaurants close by for lunch.

like the coffee and I reckon is much better than other hotel breakfasts.
No free bottles of water in room. They blame CO VID but really it’s a excuse for cost cutting.When I pay there high charge over 200 per night I expect free water bottles in room
The inside pool was cold and the staff need to jump into the pool to tell customers what is cold or warm.

The room and hotel were very clean and everything worked. Very roomy accommodations. TV streaming from your phone is also a nice touch.
The pillows were a lil too soft, but the bed was overall comfy.

The airport shuttle service was exceptional even when we requested a trip for 3:30 AM. The room was perfect, clean, and roomy. Just wonderful even though we weren't able to stay longer.
