L'appartement est situé à deux pas des commerces du quartier des Bruyères et très proche du quartier de la Croisette.
L'appartement a été mis à nu pour une rénovation complète du sol au plafond, les huisseries ont été changées pour une parfaite isolation.
Il a été aménagé avec de beaux matériaux et décoré avec soin.
Il est composé de deux chambres fermées, une salle de bain, un WC, un salon avec une magnifique vue sur le domaine skiable et une cuisine équipée d'un four, d'un micro onde, d'un lave-vaisselle, d'une plaque induction...
La résidence est équipée d'un local à skis qui permet de chausser dès la sortie de l'immeuble.

Small appartement but equipped with everything you need. Perfect location and facilities for skiing. We enjoyed our week there.
The description could be slightly adjusted: Cleaning has to be done at the end of the stay and whirlpool - the kitchen vent is from Whirlpool !?

Ski in and out from ski lockers 10 metres from the apartment door. Boot warmers in a cupboard just outside the apartment. Well equipped for preparing food, large fridge freezer, powerful microwave. Quiet bedrooms with comfortable beds. Powerful shower, separate toilet. Comfortable sofa and large tv. One of the best apartments we’ve stayed in for the price. 58 year old young skier, 28 year old son. Will book again if visiting the Three Valleys again, fifth visit to the area.

Perfectly located apartment right next to the slopes and only a few minutes walk to bars, restaurants and supermarket.

Fabulous location, ski in ski out, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and easy walking distance to various sops and ski rentals. Great communication with Rudy and clear directions upon arrival. Would recommend.

Great stay in the apartment with 2 adults + 2 kids 10 and 6yrs. Pictures and commentary very accurately describe property. A short 5min walk to Bruyeres with the village amenities and ski lifts / ESF ski school. Bruyeres also has a big indoor pool/spa which is a great addition to holiday. Apartment had a dedicated locker with boot warmers which was a good plus. Communication with Rudy was prompt for added confidence.

We absolutely recommend Rudy’s place. The space had ample storage and amenities and was well located. It is ski in/ski out (snow permitting) and a close walk to shops and restaurants

Firstly, didn't realise that sheets weren't provided. I can't find it in the advert. Looking back through emails there was a small point on a confirmation email (In french) that caught us out. It was only when checking the arrival directions did we find out we needed to bring our own sheets and then had to pay a rental fee. I feel this could be avoided with it saying clearly on the advert that these are needed.
Having said that Rudy's communication was great and he was able to put the sheets in the flat for us at very short notice. The flat was spotless inside and in a really great location. It was perfect for the two of us (Non-couple with separate rooms). We had all the kitchen amenities you could want - full oven, dishwasher, pots pans, microwave etc.

We were in Les Menuires for the last week of the season. Snow was thin by the end of the week so no ski in ski out - but in the midst of the season it would be great. Location was fab with a short walk across the ‘Toblerone’ bridge to Les Bruyeres for ski school and the shops. Communication with Rudy was excellent and very prompt. Flat is on lower ground floor so no balcony but on same level as lockers (including boot locker outside the front door). Flat is tight for growing family of 4 but just right for our ski trip. We would recommend.

Our host Ruby was great from the first booking message throughout the whole stay, he always responded really quickly.
The apartment is very well decorated with a fresh modern look and well equipped with all we needed for our stay.
The location was perfect with the ability to ski in and out, with all the shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Mooi appartement op een top locatie
Het appartement is heel mooi gerenoveerd en ondanks de beperkte grootte heel handig ingericht. Ideaal is dat het skilokaal op dezelfde verdieping is en je zo de piste op wandelt. Wij hebben Rudy helaas niet ontmoet maar de communicatie liep vlot via e-mail. Zeker een aanrader!

Appartement très bien pensé, neuf, et surtout, très joliment décoré, dans des tons de gris. Moderne.
Tout est pensé pour le confort.
Beaucoup de rangements très pratiques dans l'appartement et sur le palier.
Ski aux pieds (casier au même étage) et commerces tout proches.

Mooi appartement op een top plek!
Modern smaakvol ingericht (niet klassiek schrootjes), met vaatwasser, oven èn magnetron. Nespresso apparaat op een prachtig plekje, ski-in, ski-out in Les Menuires, Reberty. Super gastvrije eigenaar. Bedden zijn met 1,9m een tikje kort (wij zijn 1,86 en 1,89), maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken.
Skischoenen kast met schoenen warmer, extra kast voor skikleding, helmen en buitenschoenen naast de voordeur. 10m van de ski lockers en nog eens 10m verder sta je op de piste.
Erg fijn allemaal, een aanrader!

L’appartement était conforme à nos attentes et aux descriptions. L’agencement est parfaitement optimisé et très bien pensé. Il permet de vivre aisément à 4 dans une surface conventionnelle aux Menuires. Le propriétaire est très sympathique. Je le recommande.

Très agréable, emplacement idéal...
Petit appartement parfaitement optimisé, agréable à vivre pour 4 personnes ! Propre, bien décoré, en parfait état... Local à ski au même niveau, avec accès aux pistes "skis aux pieds", sèche chaussures en prime et rangements pratiques juste à côté pour les luges... Tout y est ! Nous reviendrons...
