central location, comfy beds and spacious clean rooms- also the warm welcome by Serena with wine and pastries . The. neighbouring cafe is the perfect place to pick up morning croissants and coffee
the central location means it is quite close to a bar that is a little noisy on weekends nights - but this is to be expected.

Easy communication with host, apartment very central, good size with lovely living room, really good Air Conditioning system, warmly welcomed in person (& with food items in kitchen!), well provisioned.
We weren't aware of the annual June/July Lucca Summer Concert series. One of rhe outdoor venues is about 100m from the apartment, Piazza Napoleone. Beautiful venue but a bit disruptive for access & noise. But fantasic base if you're attending one of the fab concerts!

Perfect apartement for a Perfect City.
The communication with both daughter and mother while one was 30min drive from Lucca and the other in London created confusions. I suggest picking one contact.

Everything was spotlessly clean Very good location for station, restaurants and wandering in old town

The host was welcoming and the apartment was modern and clean. It was great location. Easy walk to station. Any issues were dealt with quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone and if returning will be back.
