divino el hotel , exelente atención del personal . Estuvimos muy cómodas y bien atendidas
Nos encantó el detalle de llegar del evento y tener un chocolate.
llegamos a la hora de la merienda y no había nada para merendar en el hotel . de todos modos lo solucionamos con un sanwich . Pero nos extrañó

El desayuno a bajado mucho la calidad. Para un hotel 5 estrellas de ese precio no pueden tener cafe de jarra autoservicio teniendo semejante máquina. Antes era muchísimo mejor

It is dated. Some of the materials used are already worn out and ill-kept.

Breakfast service was poor. I had to wait a long time for anyone to offer me some coffee, and when they did, they forgot so I had to ask again. This happened twice.
The room floor was dirty when we arrived, we asked for a change or cleaning but we waited half an hour an nothing happened. We kept the room as it was because we didn't want to waste our afternoon with frustrating conversations with the employees.
