Our cabin was perfect for our family. The cabin was so clean and had everything we needed. We had a range if ages from 5 months to 69 yrs. We had plenty of room for seating. The bedrooms were great and we were able to get around between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge pretty easily. We would stay there again if our family wasn’t growing again next year.

14 adults - staff and spouses stayed for 4 nights. The layout of the cabin is perfect. The location is fantastic for Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. We will definitely return for our next mountain trip.

Spent the weekend with 25 coworkers- everything went seamless from check-in to check out. The power went out during our stay because of the wind storm, but it was very easy to communicate with the owners regarding the power and other questions, if needed. The cabin had everything you could need from the kitchen to the bedrooms. Definitely recommend!

We had a very nice stay at Stairway to Heaven. The cabin was perfect for our group of 13 adults. There was plenty of gathering space yet everyone still was able to spread out and have privacy. The large kitchen was really nice. The service from Bear Tracts is outstanding. We had a few little maintenance issues that were resolved very quickly. The cabin was very clean and in a very convenient location.

Definitely lock your doors we had two of our vehicles ransacked by a bear and two others had bear paws on the door!!!! We absolutely loved the property there are some things that are worn down but would not affect us rebooking hottub up on top deck two jets did not work but still enjoyed it!!! All in all it was a great trip and the cabin definitely has everything you need to have a large group of people! Rooms very comfortable! Overall a great cabin and easy to navigate

Stairway to Heaven perfectly met our needs for a large, extended family gathering to celebrate an 80th birthday party. The house was well appointed and met our expectations in every way. It was particularly nice that the games in the game room were in good condition. The use of the app to share information about the stay was effective and made it easy to pass along information to the rest of our group. Really appreciate all of your efforts!

What an Awesome time we had vacationing in the cabin called Highway to Heaven. The kids ages we from 4-21 loved the game room, pool table and the hot tubs. The kitchen area was huge with 3 big tables to eat at. My favorite spot was sitting on the balcony in the rocking chairs enjoying the quiet time. Beautiful Views, Very Clean I would recommend booking with the Bear Tracts group!!!

I would highly recommend renting Stairway to Heaven. Our family had a wonderful experience. The kids (from 6 to 21) loved the game room, pool table and hot tubs. We had a minor maintenance issue that was solved quickly by a friendly, efficient worker. This was an awesome experience and we would definitely rent again from the Bear Tracts group.

We were very pleased with our cabin. There were 21 of us and we had lots of room to spread out! The only issue we had was with the internet connection (which was no fault of the owner) but within 2 hours of reporting it ( on a Friday night, mind you) we were back up and running! The location was great as well. It was between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge so we could easily access either without any trouble. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a nice, large home with plenty of space for a group. I like that in addition to the main level, there was an upstairs game room, downstairs media room, and ample deck space with a lovely view, which meant that our family group could spread out and not feel like we were crowded. The location was conveniently located close to downtown Gatlinburg (10 minutes or less), but outside of the downtown traffic. As for the home itself, there is some wear and tear, some of which is to be expected. Though when we checked in, there were loose pieces of trim in the corner, a screen laying on one of the porches, a chair with the cover ripped off, and various other minor issues. The owner was very responsive and took care of several maintenance issues right away, which was appreciated. Though the car racing game was broken when we arrived and could not be fixed during our 9 night stay, despite the fact that I had emailed the owner a week before our stay to ensure that game was specifically working (given a prior review said it was not). That was disappointing. We were constantly doing dishes and buying paper plates, as the kitchen was not very well stocked on dishes and silverware (there were enough pots and pans at least). One of the beds had a fairly decent crater in the middle, though the remaining beds were comfortable. One towel per person with no extra linens. The internet was spotty and often dropped (my husband experienced this often as he was trying to work remotely, and whenever we tried watching a movie on a streaming service through the smart TV, it would drop a couple times for several minutes at a time). Internet issues aside, the smart TV in the media area was nice and it was easy to connect to our streaming accounts. Overall, the house served our needs and we had a nice time.

Had a large family reunion with 8 kids and their spouses. Plenty of room for all. Hardly went out to eat as we had large dinners in the cabin. Staff very accommodating. Any issues addressed quickly. Only issue was that the ice makers didn't work in either of the two refrigerators. But we were able to get by.

The property was very spacious and plenty of room for everyone to spreadout. The property was clean, but I had to drop from 5 stars to 4 because of cockroaches in the kitchen. We didnt use the toaster after two climbed out of it. The Race car game didnt work and when reported they said they would have to call a game repair place, so we never got to enjoy that.

Stairway to Heaven
This was the perfect place for our family reunion of 16! Location was awesome! Our adult kids loved every minute. We ate at the cabin every night. Got a personal chef for celebration of our parents 70th anniversary! It was an incredible setting for an incredible experience! Saw many bears!!
