Sea Chique - Cinq chambres, quatre bains et demi. TV écran plat dans chaque chambre. (1) lit King; (2) Reine; (2) Twin; (2) lits superposés; 12 couchages. Piscine privée et bain à remous à votre service, ainsi qu'un barbecue extérieur. Bien sûr, la plage est à quelques pas. Cuisine entièrement équipée. Laveuse / sécheuse.

The property is in a great location. It could use an upgrade to the beds because everyone in our group complained about the mattresses. We did also have an issue with the neighbor which was discussed with the management company and resolved.

This was a wonderful property. We had my family, including my Dad, my husband, my two adult children (19 & 22), one friend and Tucker (our Golden Retriever). Easy walk to the beach, great pool and hot tub, well stocked kitchen, nice rooms/bathrooms. It had it all. The best Dog-Friendly rental we have ever rented. We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back!

The house itself was a nice house and it was a great set up for two families. It could use some minor repairs and cosmetic upgrades, but the pros out weigh the cons for this house. It’s proximity to the beach was ideal as it less than a two minute walk. Plus, the pool and hot tub were bonus amenities that we utilized daily. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back.
Myrtle Beach Management was super responsive, friendly, and addressed our needs during our stay. They ensured everything was in order and to our liking. They ensured us everything was in proper working order and even had a new hot tub installed. We will book directly through them next time we are in Surfside, SC. Thank you!

I love staying around the locals, the neighborhood is quiet and the beach is not crowded, the house is well equipped with anything you might need, the beds had clean covers and sheets, everything in the kitchen was functional, the Private pool was a real joy.

This property is amazing and exceeded our expectations! Property manager communicated prior to our arrival and made checking in painless. Property is very nice with plenty of space for large families. Pool and hot tub was a great bonus! Walk to the beach is less than a minute from the front door.

The location of the house was great! It was a 3 minute walk to the beach. Good size house for 2 families, which included 5 teenagers. The kitchen was well-stocked for a rental property. The layout of the house was a bit strange with 4 bedrooms on the upper floor and 1 on the main floor. The outdoor space was good and the hot tub is a plus since the pool isn't heated. Our only complaint is the beds were extremely uncomfortable and would recommend that the owners consider new mattresses. This was our first time in Surfside and we would definitely go back.

Super convenient to beach, family friendly beach as well. Home was clean, and had great layout. We went with large group - 12 in all. The only suggestions we had would be maybe an upgrade on mattresses, and instructions to use Jacuszzi. We called management to get help for jacuzzi and they came right away! Looking forward to visiting Myrtle Beach, kids already asking to visit again. Thanks for letting us in

The house was clean and we could walk to the beach in about 1 minute. We also loved the private pool and the hot tub. We never had to call the management company for anything. We would definitely stay at this property again!! This was my first time visiting the ocean and it was an amazing experience.

Pros: Access to beach, pleasant neighborhood
Cons: Property is in desperate need of a deep cleaning, reeks of mold which can be visibly seen in multiple areas inside and outside. A prior review noted that the property was unclean which I thought may have been an error, unfortunately it was not.

Condo laid out great for our family of 12! Location to beach was good as well. Just needed cleaned better and the tub in downstairs bathroom plugged and would not drain water very well. Neighbors great too!

We choose Surfside because it gives you an at home feel without the big hotels ! This house was very large and clean . Beautiful pool and hot tub . Beds were very comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. House was only a block away from the beach . The property manager was very nice and made sure we were checked in ok . The location of the house was perfect; only a block from the beach! The size fit our family as well. The only issue was some parts of the house were a little run down (i.e. small holes in the walls, screw exposed in the one bunkbed, bunk beds were really wobbly, etc). The hot tub was also intermittently working which was a little disappointing since it was a huge reason why we picked this place. Overall though, the place was good and we would totally recommend to our friends and family.

October 2021 Stay
Rental was easy and management company made it a quick check in and check out process. Property was exactly as listed with photos being accurate and everything was as expected. Overall property was adequate size, great layout, nice outdoor spaces for our group. Neighborhood was excellent, quiet, and distance to the beach was perfect. Needed maintenance for a couple of issues during stay, quick response and problems taken care of swiftly. Very much appreciated the exception for our dog and would stay here again.

Great house with lots of amenities and very close to the beach. I would have liked it to be a little cleaner on check-in. The outside area had charcoal dumped on the ground, beer bottle caps, garbage, etc. around pool. Inside was very clean though.

Sea Chique was great. The private pool and hot tub are great for kids. A short walk to the beach (less than 5 minutes until your toes are in the water). The house wasn't super clean (sand in corners ((which to some degree is to be expected)) counters were sticky but it wasn't the worst either. We will definitely be staying again.

Great location and a great setup. We had two families of 4 sharing the house and enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub were a common gathering place. The walk to the beach is a short easy walk to a generally uncrowded area. Only minor complaints we had were the AC seemed to struggle a little. It was somewhat better if you don't shut the bedroom doors. Also the ice maker was a little finicky, producing good ice at times and nearly none at others. Those minor problems were largely outweighed by the good time we had.
