Sister and I spent 5 lovely days enjoying the view of the ocean, roaming the beach, playing in the surf, and just relaxing.

This has been an incredible trip. The condo was clean, well stocked, great beds.

Highly Recommend!! The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms very nice, and the kitchen was stocked with items to use to cook with! The pool area was very clean, and the beach was just beautiful Ormond Beach and the condo exceeded our expectations. The owner of the condo is super responsive too with any questions we had.

We really enjoyed our stay. Condo was just as described. Everything exceot food was provided. The view is awesome. The ocean is the color of caribbean waters. It was very calm and we were able to enjoy swimming. Publix is right down the street. It was a great vacation..

Clean and well maintained. Great neighborhood and convenience of restaurants. We have already booked two weeks for next year. If you don't book at least 12 months in advance, you will miss out.

The place is beautifully updated and in a great location just north enough from Daytona to not be swarmed by large groups of people. Plenty of room at the beach. We were very impressed that the condo was well equipped with more than you would need on a trip away from home. They thought of everything. The items available to use on the beach, multiple kitchen amenities, and more. The view of the Ocean from the windows and balcony are breath taking. We love the lay out of the kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very large and accommodating. The water pressure for the showers was great. We had a wonderful 5 days and would definitely return.

We found Sandy Shores to be a wonderful place to relax. It was clean, well stocked, with a beautiful view of the beach. All questions I had with Andy were answered within an hour, and the residents of the condo building were friendly and helpful. Hoping to come back next year for a visit.

Beautiful condo that 3 adults and one teen stayed in comfortably. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need, as proven by us cooking our New Years Day meal here with no issues, especially being walking distance from a Publix! The beach was gorgeous and never crowded, and at night we were able to sit by the ocean and watch NYE fireworks in the distance. The porch was everyone’s favorite place to be. This place is a gem!!!

This was our third time staying at Sandy Shores ocean front condo and we are already talking about another stay. Andy and Karen are great hosts, communicate quickly and provide a clean well furnished condo including beach chairs and supplies. The oceanfront balacony has an amazing front row seat to the beautiful beach below. Plenty of highly rated local restaurants within minutes drive provide good variety of dining choices.

This was a lovely condo. Very clean and well stocked. Views were amazing and easy access in and out. We will be back next year!!

The condo is amazing. Best spot on the beach. Sitting on the balcony watching the ocean was fabulous. Nice kitchen and dining area for meals. All residents of the building were extremely friendly. We stayed during hurricane Ian, and felt completely safe in the building. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Andy was top notch. We will definitely stay again next time in Ormond Beach.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful condo! We found it to be clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and had a fully equipped, organized kitchen (Keurig coffee maker). There were hightop chairs and a table on the balcony, which made the spectacular view even more enjoyable. Access to the pool and beach was easy and the complex conveniently has two elevators. The parking lot also offers plenty of parking just steps away from the entrance. We never encountered a problem because the detailed instructions and communication from the owners were easy to follow. We had a fabulous time and hope to be back soon.

The location is amazing, close to shops and restaurants. The very clean and updated Condo directly faces the beach. To see the ocean in the morning is awesome. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

We visited Ormond Beach for a week with 2 kids (6years) and found perfect condition. Direct Pool and beach access, a clean/large apartment with all the amenities you need and as stated. We definitely would come back and thank for all the service and support provided by the owner.

My wife and I were very happy with our choice of this condo while in Ormond Beach for our son's destination wedding. Almost don't want to give a good review so people don't start constantly booking this condo and we won't be able to get it the next time we go down. But, can't do that because this condo is FIVE STAR! Andy & Karen are great owners who have nicely updated and decorated the condo. The view is awesome and can be seen from the balcony, living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom. It's all about the view! Like I said the condo is nicely updated, decorated and very clean. Also, the condo is quite large and very comfortable. The pool is a good size with decent seating available and has a glass wall around it to stop the wind and sand around the pool. But, it does not obstruct the view of the beach and ocean. The pool area could use some umbrellas around some of the seating for those people who occasionally want to escape the sun. Andy & Karen could you get on that for the next time we come down? :) The condo is in a nice quite area but just a short drive to a number of restaurants, shops and activities. Publix grocery store is just a few minutes down the road and very convenient for all your groceries. So, if you like views of the ocean and beach, relaxing by and in the pool, walking and hanging out on the beach or splashing around in the ocean, this is the place for you. And why not do it in a FIVE STAR condo that has everything you need (even has all the supplies and toys you need for the beach). Looking forward to going back soon. The owners communicated with us at check in and before check out to make sure our arrival and departure went smoothly. The condominium was exactly as described. The rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen was was stocked with the essentials. We spent many hours sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise and spotting dolphin.

This unit has so many comforts of home that you don’t even have to leave. First of all it’s very clean. The beds were supportive and and not lumpy. I know some people will rent the cheapest place and then live on the beach and in restaurants and just sleep at the condo , but if you’re someone that likes to cook or order in and watch a movie with the family with the ocean as the backdrop- this is your place. We would eat out on the balcony most nights bc you can’t beat the view. The owner had such well-detailed notes that were posted as well as emailed to me so that i never had to spend any energy or stress on what to do or how to access something. This place is magical.

This place was beautiful. Sunrises and dolphin watching were so breathtaking our teenagers asked for be woken up each morning at 6:45 to watch. Actual condo is even better than the pictures show and had everything there we needed to enjoy our week. We will be back.

Andy & Karen's place was absolutely beautiful. The location was excellent - right on the beach and far enough away from Daytona to be just a short drive to delicious restaurants and shops, but not overwhelmed with crowds of people. If you're looking for peace, quiet and lots of room on the beach, this is the perfect area. The actual condo was amazing - the views were great, it was spacious and had everything we needed for our trip. The building was quiet. The balcony was great for watching the beach in the morning and the evening. Andy & Karen were great communicators and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Perfect property. Location was excellent. Just out of town but a short ride to all the events. Condo was clean and completely updated. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Would highly rocommend
