Best location, walking distance from everything you need. The beds are comfortable and rooms very clean. AC works wonderfully and we got an early check. Breakfast was wonderful too. But the best of all is the girl working there, Ana. She is the most welcoming host and she's so friendly and kind. She helped us with everything. Truly wonderful.

The historic aspect of it being a palace and the location.
Although the furniture is antique it’s very dark mahogany. The room has beautiful high ceilings and if they update the furniture, it would be exceptional. Plus, the bathroom had a very bad sewage smell, which they apologised for but still very off-putting. Parking was also complicated but finally found it. An 8 min walk uphill to the hotel.

The apartment is in a superb location in the old town off of a street at the base of the cathedral. The building is old, but renovated rooms with a nicely renovated bathroom. With breakfast included, a voucher was provided for a tasty croissant at the café in the square. The checkin/checkout was very professional and Fabio met us at the parking lot, which is conveniently located around the corner from the apartment.
Instructions on how to use the heating would have been helpful, but we found them online after some minutes. There was a switch on the wall to turn power on to the air unit, which took us a while to figure out. The beds in the loft were making a creaking sound from the slightest movement, but was only a minor issue. There is no lift, but the apartment is on the 1st floor.

The location was perfect. Inside the centro storico. The room was very good.

the property was very well situated in the centre of town. All the staff were helpful and always attentive
my room was in a loft so it was always hot and although it was Air-conditioned it struggled to cool the room. The room itself really need an update. Breakfast was very basic.

I loved staying here, it's right in the heart of Cefalu. The room was large and it gave me the palace feel :)
Parking arranged by the host 5 minutes walk away.
The staff is super friendly and helpful, the European breakfast very good and tasteful.

Location is great and the receptionist is very very helpful and made us feel welcome.
The breakfast was nothing like the pictures they show. First the breakfast is not in the hotel and second is only a coffee and a croissant in a caffe nearby. I asked in the caffe if it was possible to change the coffee for an orange juice but they said no. A bit disappointed as in the pictures I could see fruit, juice and cereals.

very central location in the old town. Fabio was was a decent person.
basic room, nothing extra (no water in the room). parking was a long way from the room and very difficult if you have suitcases as it’s uphill on a cobbled road and no help from anyone for the bags, also we were on the 2nd floor, no lift. The breakfast should be ordered separately. the receptionist has a very bad attitude and spoke in a very rude way. we had a problem where we parked in the car park as it wasn’t clear which part of the car park we should use.

It was so convenient right in the middle of the old town. We had an amazing breakfast in the morning after sleeping in a very comfortable bed . The host went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay.

Location.
No lift. Breakfast was just OK. Although the location is good it is very noisy. There were people drinking outside till past 1am mid week and then in the morning there were trucks around 0600. There is no lift which makes it hard for luggage.
