Cette belle communauté fermée, propriété de front de marais a une vue imprenable et sans restriction sur la voie navigable inter-côtière et est nichée dans la seule communauté équestre de l'île; cependant, il n'y a pas de chevaux dans cette propriété. Il est situé à moins de 5 minutes de la plage et tout aussi proche du centre-ville historique pour faire du shopping et manger. Cette propriété possède une piscine incroyable avec une grotte en pierre personnalisée avec deux cascades et un toboggan qui s'enroule à l'intérieur de la grotte se vidant dans la piscine. La propriété peut facilement accueillir 10 à 12 personnes confortablement avec quatre chambres avec lits king size et une chambre avec un lit queen size. De plus, il y a un appartement de pool house à une chambre avec une chambre lit king-size donnant sur la piscine. Il est complet avec une salle de bain complète, une kitchenette, une banquette-lit supplémentaire et un garage séparé, qui peut facilement accueillir 3 personnes supplémentaires. Cette maison a été présentée dans la "scène de décision" sur un épisode de Beach Hunters de HGTV; l'épisode mettait en vedette notre maison en bord de mer qui est également disponible à la location à la semaine et peut être trouvée sur VRBO # 1620169.

This house is set on beautiful property. This house needs lots of help. Poor water pressure. Had to wait 10 minutes before warm water came out of faucets/showers then water was scalding hot and you could not control the temp. Doors would not shut appropriately.
VRBO LISTED sleeps 18 we could only sleep 10 without sleeping on the floor. We had to purchase our own blow up mattress. Hot tub has no jets, pool and hot tub would not heat (was in 50-60’s) however they do not advertise this. We paid way too much money for what was offered. It was a house with many broken things. Very dusty! I will not rent through VRBO AGAIN DUE TO FALSE ADVERTISING.

What a great stay! We had 12 family members from across the US come and they we're absolutely blown away by the property! Very clean, management pro's were the best and the location was great for quick access to Fernandina areas!

The house, location and grounds were great! We were in town for my son's wedding; very spacious home, several outdoor area's, a very well stocked kitchen not to mention the pool/spa! Plenty of room for us to spread out, catch up with family and friends or find a quiet place. The marsh views as a backdrop was an added plus. We saw hawks, bunnies and birds and the sunsets were amazing. Would certainly rent again!

Lovely large home, great for family get-togethers. Most of the beds were very comfy, but very high off the ground! The kids and the adults loved the pool. Our host was very prompt with turning the pool waterfalls on! Thanks!

This house has everything you will need on your stay. I took my large family on this vacation and this house has more than enough room!
The owner were very accommodating and responded to any needs promptly! I highly recommend this house.

Large Home, Clean kitchen & bedrooms.
Pool great fun, walk and biking on street lovely with horses on both sides! Covered porch & beautiful view! Grill area has full and backup propane .
Dishwasher & microwave all in working order.
Our family enjoyed our time here. Safe & beautiful area plenty of parking & space.
Cons: needs updating- Upper oven, Clothes dryer not in working order. Towel under washer. (Lower oven worked just fine)
Concerns pool sitting area concern for children, doors loose on cabinet’s, strings hanging in reach of children, broken pool lounger, screens and doors one was tied shut with a rope . So these areas we did not utilize but did completely enjoy the large pool : each time we entered the pool we phoned managers to turn on water fall for slide and had quick response. Cameras noted in common areas. Holiday week so garbage pick up was nonexistent, we bagged our garbage in the garage & notified management. Construction in property next door began at 7 am on July 4 th.
We list theses concerns to have them addressed because this property is lovely for a family & yes we would recommend .

I had the pleasure of staying in this home with my Adult Family and are children of ages 1 to 11. The attention to detail and furnishes was remarkable. The interior design exuded warmth and style, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.
The spacious bedrooms were comfortable with high-quality linens that ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the custom screened pool served as a primary hit for the children and adults alike.
The outdoor area of this vacation home was an absolute showstopper. The terrace, equipped with comfortable seating and a barbecue, was where we spent most of our evenings, enjoying delightful dinners while soaking in the breathtaking sunset facing the Amelia river and Marsh.
Location-wise, the home was conventionally situated between various beach and adventure attractions (Kayak) yet was isolated at the Cul-de-sac. I think the property was worth more than we paid and give it a solid 5 stars for families.

This is our second year staying at this property. We love this house and the ample space it offers with 12 people staying at the house. It is absolutely perfect for a large family that has small children. The house provides beach chairs, beach towels, high chair, pack and play, and pool toys. The pool and views are fantastic! Be prepared to fight mosquitos if you plan to spend time on the patio. Other than that, we had a wonderful week with tons a memories made!

The house was much nicer than the pictures showed. Great property. We especially loved the pool and jacuzzi. Good communication with manager. The only downside is that the property has a significant amount of deferred maintenance.

It’s a beautiful home and great pool are but there are repairs that need attention and updating would be helpful. Some examples, microwave didn’t work. Trouble with garage overhead door, it had to be manually closed due to track issue.

Had a great stay at your home. Despite the cold the size of thr home made it more than comfortable for the entire family to spend most of the time inside. Great property and I appreciate you staying g in contact to see if we ever needed anything.

The number of bedrooms and bathrooms with the added pool apartment was perfect got our large family. The highlight was the wonderful pool. The grandchildren and my children used the pool throughout the day. The large porch area was an added plus for both relaxing and dining.
It would be helpful to have a binder of how things work, garbage collection, recommendations for dining or ordering pizza.
The house needs a deep cleaning both inside and out and just some general maintenance. The kitchen has a huge pantry with many extras for large family dinners. However the poor collection of silverware, glasses, and coffee mugs was not impressive. We finally bought plastic forks to be able eat more than one meal before washing.

We absolutely loved this property! This was the best vacation we have been on and we’ve been coming to the beach for over a decade. We had a party of 12 with two small children and two teenagers. The little kiddos had toys to play with. There were beach chairs and beach towels available for use at the property. We gave the kids a choice this holiday, we could try a new place, Disney or Universal. They wanted a new place. Boy, did this house surpassed all our expectations.
We have never been on a more relaxing vacation. Everything you need is available in this home. Crystal & Stan (hosts) went beyond with every request. The house is immaculate, well stocked (we even cooked Easter dinner for 9) and spacious.
The pool is out of a magazine, all furnishings/ bedding is high end. It truly feels like a home. I could go on and on just believe every review you have read this house and hosts are wonderful. We will be booking again.

Outstanding home!
My wife and I just spent 11 nights at this beautiful home and have nothing but incredible words to say about this experience. First, the hosts are outstanding. Whenever we reached out, we got an immediate response. The house itself is like nothing we have ever stayed in before. It is immaculate in architectural design and decorated like a palace. We had everything we needed in our house for our stay. We highly recommend this home to anyone who wants a quite get away with a beautiful sunset.

The moment you drive into the quiet gated community, you’re surrounded by horses and well maintained, lush properties. We could easily fit all the cars for guests and plenty of excess room in the garage for storage.
This property has it all! Fire up the grill and watch breathtaking sunsets on the wrap around porch after a long day at the beach. Perfectly located in close proximity to Main beach and Amelia river. The Marina offers boat rentals / jet ski rentals and within minutes, we were on our own private island.
The heated pool and spa was enjoyed by all and was decked out with a slide and waterfall. The kids played non-stop!! The kitchen had everything needed to prepare food for the week, and the living room was perfect for everyone to enjoy a big rival football game. The bedrooms offered plenty of space and 5 star amenities.
This place is on the top of the list for our next family trip. Our host, Crystal, was extremely gracious and quick to respond, which made it easy to get the most out of our cherished time with family. Thank you for an incredible experience!! We truly enjoyed every minute, and hope to make this trip an annual tradition.

We had a great week in spite of tropical storm Elsa's brief visit mid-week. Our party was three couples and three children (Our grandchildren). The property was well equipped, allowed us to spread out when we were storm-bound, close to what mattered to us (Downtown, restaurants, Publix and the beach), and had a very nice pool and screened lenai.
