احد الموظفين العمانيين كان لطيفا ومتعاونا جدا معي عدا ذلك لم يعجبني التعامل

التأخير في الحصول على الخدمة واحدى الموظفات الاستقبال كان اسلوبها جاف في التعامل اتمنى ان تختاروا موظفين اكثر لطفا في التعامل.

الموقع جميل وقريب الخدمات

الاستقبال وموظفين الخدمه . ادخلت الحقائب بنفسي وكافة الاغراض وكان الرد من موظف الاستقبال لا يوجد احد .

Duży przestronny pokój, fajna łazienka, położenie hotelu oraz dużo miejsca na parkingu.

Śniadanie było trochę mało urozmaicone i kilkukrotnie trzeba było upominać się o zmianę ręczników.

The breakfast was very average and most of items were vegetables. These are not appropriate for breakfast like eggplant, cabbage and... . Scrambled egg not in my appetite and it is protein less at all.

I would like to extend my thanks and appreciation to the Hotel Management and all staff especially Mrs. Anna for her kindness and cooperation.

Location was ok (a bit far from the things downtown) but good overall. Friendly staff and amaaaaaaaazing breakfast

The location is in the middle of Alkhuwair were food and grocery options are nearby the hotel.

I had an issue with my booking . The management refused to talk and discuss to resolve my booking issue. Even though the price was above average hotel, I thought those guys will help me to resolve the issue. Take care when you book with them, because they are not easy going to help you if anything went wrong.

Both rooms and public area was super cleaned. Linen and towels were cleaned. Nice pool with panaromic views. Bedroom has a great view. The bed was super comfortable. Tasty food Front office staff Mr Nasar and Ms Anne was professional.

No hair dryer in the room. We asked 3 times and they delivered a broken one All the bell boys looks rude and not professional they are not greeting and no smiling even B fast buffet shoud be added more varieties B fast buffet tabels were connecting for groups. Our check in was delayed almost 30 mins however they have given 1 more hr late check out.

Breakfast was great, easier access to all routes as it’s on the main muscat road, cleanliness across each corner of hotel, calm and pleasant environment.

Nothing but yeah pool depth is not much which is not the big issue problem is pool water had too much chlorine or chemical in it which getting us cough, vomit hardly spent 10 mins in pool.

Fabulous hotel! We have stayed a couple times and it's been amazing! The pool is brilliant and accessible. There's a cafe in the reception area which is very handy. The room itself is spacious and lovely decor. Cots are provided and the staff are very nice and accommodating too. Definitely a place to check out!

The hotel and facilities were amazing. Staff was very helpful. They have 02 swimming pools, one indoor for women only and one outdoor for all. The gym is well equipped. The breakfast is the best, really large buffet with alot of options. It is also located very centrally, 5 mins drive to nearby embassies district and Government offices. Also anything in Muscat is max at 15 mins drive from here.
