Location. Comfort. Quiet.

Really did not appreciate having to send a scan of drivers licence in order to be given the access code. This is a privacy breach waiting to happen. For the property itself, the provision of a water jug and an ice cube tray would be worthwhile improvements.

Tea and coffee making facilities. OK. But the Nespresso machine did not work properly so we gave up and went to a cafe down the road. The rooms were generally clean but maintenance was not done on some things. eg there was a missing glass tumbler in the bathroom, the large mirror was not fastened to the wall and was leaning against a door, which is a safety hazard. There were electrical pieces of equipment that were in draws., The outdoor furniture did not seem to have been wiped down. The tap in the kitchen was leaking slightly and the plug was in the drain thus causing the water to fill the sink, fortunately we found it before the water filled up the sink. The front door has large gaps which meant the cold air came through, fortunately the air con. was good.

great location and beautiful scenery! it is super close to a lot of winerys and the gardens. the bathroom was really nice and clean. Even though we shared the property with other people it still felt like we were the only ones there.

bed and pillows weren't that comfy, and we couldn't figure out how to use the bedside lamps also, the place doesn't come up on the gps it leads you further down mcdonalds road, so we had to figure out the right place by ourselves.

There was a coffee machine but no pods - it would have been a nice touch to just have a couple available for guests. We didn't really need the olive or peanut oil in the cupboard. Also a had towel for the bathroom, but these are very minor suggestions. We also thought walking to Hope Estate would have been tricky along the road - especially coming back at night! Overall we thought the accommodation was very good.

The accommodation was advertised as being within easy walking distance of Hope Estate concert venue.The reality is different ,at least 1 hour maybe more .And you couldn't walk at night, narrow road, very dangerous

Asked for early check in but could not get.However we received a late check out which was nice.
