The staff were warm and welcoming. Probably one of the best experiences of guest care that I have encountered in my hotel stays. Ajith who was the manager had a lovely nature, ever so courteous and accommodating that it compensated for the few shortcomings of the hotel. The location is superb. The high street is a 2min walk.

The bathroom is too tiny. It was very difficult to mobilize in the small space that was shared between a toilet and shower. O have been advised by Ajith that plans are underway to revamp the bathrooms in the hotel.

Paid an extra £10 for early check in. But that was before I saw the facilities in the room. Would not have bothered as the £265 for one night before the extra payment was far too much

Paid £265 for myself and three boys for one night, no breakfast. Thought the quality of service and cleanliness etc would be the expensive bit. Nope. Especially the toilet/shower room. This is a plastic shower/toilet kit they have put together, similar to what you would have in a caravan. Same size too, far too small. Any larger person or someone who is pregnant would not be able to use this "room". Plus the plastic toilet didn't flush ,so you can imagine what was left behind.

Staff very helpful close to rugby ground which is what we needed.

Parking not as thought but we did get parked. Website said Bar which wasn’t there. The room was noisy as had big hole in windowsill. Also toilet not flushing properly and ended up blocking. It felt a bit like a hostel as opposed to a hotel but more expensive than a travel lodge.

The location was good Nice lift

Tatty looking front and especially tatty at the rear where car park is. Beds comfortable Banging pipes (heating I think) noisy until 0300 am then we were able to get to sleep, ear plugs purchased next day for the last night slept ok then. Spoke to reception said he would check out the banging pipes, to be honest don’t think he did. This was room 3 on 1st floor, my son was on 4th floor no banging pipes there.

Not much except the location

Right staff were rude/ rang me 4 days in to my stay demanding money being very rude never changed the bedding or anything just emptied a bin and said they cleaned the room / dirty disgusting room damage and dirt everywhere and exposed open electrical socket open in the shower it self so if you fancy getting electrocuted while showering in dust and dirt go ahead was charged a lot money for. Rubbish 5 days plus manager ask me to go all the way back there to make up for the rubbish and all I got was a shirty half arsed apologies don't waste your hard earned money or health and no door handle on bathroom so you can't get out the bathroom
