This place saved our trip, we were in an awful airbnb before and found this gem and Lisa was wonderful responsive and empathetic. She knows how to run a proper business and there is a lot of thought, care and love put into this space. It feels as comfortable as being in your own home, arguably more comfortable and has everything you need from a full set of kitchen utensils, bath robes, arrival gift bag on your beds, plenty of towels, incredibly comfortable bed, easy temperature control, great tv, lighting options, comfy sofa with a throw to cosy up with and board game, an Xbox and Bose speakers.

I had an amazing stay here. The property was a short walk to the beach with a private veranda with sofas. The host was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The property was clean and well-maintained and the bed was fabulous. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Margate away from the town centre whilst still being near enough to walk there and to the cliff top promenade. Thank you to the host.

Lovely stay in Margate, short walk for us down to the seafront and easy to get to the event we came for at Dreamland. Had breakfast on the terrace in the morning. Very comfortable and clean. Great communication from the host too.

Beautiful property with easy parking and plenty of space. It was on a very quiet street and had everything we needed for a mini break.
Nothing not to like the property was lovely but it was a little further from the town than we had expected it’s a 15 min walk and due to how hot it was on the day the upstairs was very very hot but nothing the owners could control of course

The property was extremely beautiful and totally worth it.
There was an aircon which was really helpful.
The beach was only about 10 mins away from us
The owner was so understanding and calm.
We were provided with little gift bags in each rooms and a complementary welcome basket.
The cleanliness of the house was 10/10

A perfect pad for two friends or two couples away for a few days. Well decorated, well equipped and comfy.

the location was great. just a short walk to everything.
The apartment facilities were as expected, very good.
There was plenty of free parking on the street, and we were able to park right outside.
One very minor issue, there was only one toilet roll, no spares!!

Everything! When walking in we were all really surprised at just how lovely the property is. It has been finished to a very high standard! It has everything you could possible want, down to caramel syrup for you coffee. Very clean. The rooms were both very comfortable and spacious. The little gift packs on the bed are a wonderful touch. The outside seating area is perfect. It may be in a residential area but it felt completely private.
The only “issue” for us, and it wasn’t really an issue, was the decibel reader. My brother in law is partially deaf so we all tend to speak quite loud when with him. I sent a message to the owner explaining this and she was very kind and understanding. She said she would give us a call if we were being too loud at any point.
We wasn’t, but we did worry about it. We spent some time trying to figure out how loud 75 decibels was, even downloaded decibel readers on our phones. As I said above it wasn’t really an issue, and we totally understood the reasons for it. It was just a worry for us.

The host was excellent, and she was very helpful. The apartment had everything you could ever need, including a lovely welcome hamper. The beds were very comfy. Our family had a lovely stay and we would stay again.

The main front door was very stiff and took strength to open which could have been dangerous in the event of a fire. On opening the fridge, there were crumbs on one of the shelves.

Attention to detail is mind-blowing and a genuinely great place to stay.
The host is also very accommodating and happy to help with local information.
The only issue albeit a very minor one is parking, as it's on-street parking you may not get parking right outside the apartment.

The property was very clean and had all the amenities that we required. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom. The bedroom had a wonderfully comfortable bed and the IPad by the bed was a nice touch. We did a lot of cooking so we had access to all the appliances and utensils that we needed. The tv had a host of popular apps so we were not short of something to watch during our stay. Lisa left some nice treats in the kitchen and she was always ready and available to answer a question or help out in any way. Lisa really did go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and I would highly recommend a stay at her property. 😁

Great location, and beautifully presented. Lovely apartment with high-quality furnishings. Beds are super comfortable , kitchen has everything you need. Easy to get into centre which is a short stroll away. Northdown road is on the door step and is a hidden gem.

The Duplex is thoughtfully prepared, beautiful and stylish! small touches and attention to detail made this a fantastic experience for our family of four, our children did not want to leave! Excellent shower and bath, good coffee machine and kitchen, lovely dining space, and really comfy beds! Sitting in the sunshine on the deck, was the perfect escape from our busy lives!

This was a delightful place to stay in. Every detail and practicality seemed to have been considered to make guests feel comfortable and welcome. The decor was lovely.. the rooms light, with views. I felt so at home here. The host was very amenable and responded to messages most promptly and helpfully. I hope to return next time I visit Margate.
