Really wanted to love this place before we arrived. It looked gorgeous in all the photos and had nothing but 5 stars reviews…. Our hopes were super high, but it was quite honestly a complete and total letdown. I have no idea how anyone before us thought this place was 5 stars. For starters, it was disgustingly unclean. There was grease all over most surfaces- from the fridge, to the counters, to the door handles, it seems like this place hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. There was two grills that were beyond repulsive, they were caked in grease and not well kept at all, not to mention two empty propane tanks rendering them completely useless. Seems like a scam to depend on your guests to continue to purchase propane for your place. In several of the cabinets there were screws protruding that cut multiple people in our party. There was some pretty bad weather one of the nights and the basement was essentially a rainforest throughout, there was water coming from multiple places in the ceiling leaving us to scramble to find buckets, bowls, garbage cans, etc to catch all the water. The shower in the basement has no pitch to the drain so all the water pools up and leaks through into the little room with the toilet, can only imagine the mold inside the wall. There was trim falling down and/or coming off in 2 or 3 of the bedrooms. Unfortunately I’m limited to 1500 characters for this review but the last thing I’ll say is this: Spend your money elsewhere. This VRBO is trash.

Just stayed here on our annual friends and family get away. The barn is really unique and fun, and there was something here for everyone to do including indoor and outdoors. The slide was a hit with the kids, as well as the numerous games inside and out kept the adults entertained as well. About a 25 min drive to the Dells which was not bad, and the location is very quiet. Only issue we had was Wi-Fi for the first few days until we found the router and reset it, after that it was all good. Cell service for Verizon is minimal at or around the property so Wi-Fi was key. If I could ask for anything different would just suggest another fridge in the garage perhaps. For a large group that likes to cook, it was tough. But the industrial ice machine out back kept the coolers going so we made it work. Would come back again if we were to venture to Wisconsin again.

We had a group of 10 adults, 10 children and 1 dog and everyone had a great time! Spent a day a Devils Lake which was a short drive away. The house kept us all entertained throughout our stay and host was very responsive.

This place looks even better than its photos. Beside the beautiful artificial beach, beach volleyball court, hot tub and sauna, it also has a cute movie room upstairs covered with cushions, pool table, Pac-Man, …. The host is very communicative and helpful as well. We really enjoyed our stay here!

17 of us (plus one child and 3 dogs) all stayed here for the fourth and had a great time! The proximity to devil’s lake and tumbled rock brewery was really nice. The property was way beyond what we expected and everyone enjoyed being there. Only downside is that you have to drive your trash out to a dumping location (some of us walked it, wouldn’t recommend that) and with that many people (and that much trash) it was a hassle that concluded the visit on a bit of a low note. But other than that, amazing stay and would absolutely come back!

There is plenty of space for getting together as well as many things to do inside and on the property. The slide was a hit with all the kids as well as some of the adults (synthetic materials result in a VERY fast trip down!). Multiple options for seating while dining make it easy to separate the adults from the kids for some grownup conversation and visiting and lots of space for the kids to visit as well.

We had the best time with my sons baseball team for a team bonding overnighter!

Great place to have friends and family get together away from home. A lot to do and see. Only a few miles away from trails and lakes. Couldn't ask for a better spot.

This place was such a fun place to stay! We enjoyed the beach themed room and it was able to sleep 18 of us all in beds. Very good location to be able to do things in the dells, baraboo, or devils lake state park. Would recommend this location to anyone!

If Devils Head Ski weekend is what your looking for than this rental is perfect for 3-5 families …. Only downside is limited delivery of food options so plan ahead .

We had an absolute blast at the house. We hosted a small wedding reception there and it was perfect. The house was amazing. We hope to be back!

The property could use some organization of the kitchen and the linen closet. We reached out to the property owner twice before our trip and never got a response. Despite these small problems we still had a great time. We enjoyed the games, the slide, the hot tub, the beach room and the Ms. Pacman machine was a nice treat.

The barn was a unique place to stay and we really enjoyed ourself. The weather was not very nice during our stay but we still had a great time. There was lots of different activities to do both at the barn and in the surrounding area.

Spent two days at Cascade with our 3 year old, while our 2 year old played in the full basement beach. Plus there’s darts, billiards, large living room. We’ve not found another house that kept them both happy. Kristin is communicative and helpful.

Really great house with tons of room for multiple families to spread out. Loved the bed space, tons of seating for dinners, hanging out, playing games etc. Awesome location close to skiing, and right off the interstate. Old School House is right next door for dinner, drinks and pool/darts. Staff is great and very welcoming. Will stay again.

The property was awesome,It was large enough for our group of 15. The big and little kids and a fun time with the slide,and they had fun in the loft area also. Hot tub time for most,we thought it was indoors though from the photos on vrbo. It was cold getting out.

Our 3 year-old refers to this as the “funhouse”, and is planning our return. For two kids 3 and under, it was perfect. We skied, the kids rolled in the sand, and had a blast exploring the house and the outside property.

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. It is very spacious, and we had plenty of room to keep the kids entertained. It's about twenty minutes from Cascade Mountain and thirty minutes from Kalahari.

The perfect place for a weekend getaway! The house was clean, close to fun activities and overall perfect!

The children in our group will have great memories to last a lifetime and the adults enjoyed evenings in the screen porch, catching up with relatives who live far away.

This place is amazing! Gorgeous setting and so much space! We wished we could stay longer. We'll be back for sure.

House was exactly as advertised. Everything was very clean and Kristin was so easy to work with throughout the planning process. We all had an excellent time. I recommend this place to everyone.
