The service was good and the staff was helpful and responsive during the stay. They even offered to book a hotel during the issues that were happening.
The air conditioner was broken few times during the stay and it was really hot. The windows don't really open much so it was almost impossible to stay inside.
The flat is newish but not brand new. All the necessary things were there just I was missing the microwave.

Everything was perfect. Clean and tidy apartment, super comfortable bed, nice views, good location - city center is close.
We really missed a coffee machine. Would be nice to have a coffee machine for a morning coffee. Other than that all was good.

The location was very good, also big benefit was that the flat and building was new build. Also ,the neighborhood was very quiet and no noise.
*The mattress was worn off, when you in bed you would feel like you falling into the middle of bed.
*The kitchen cupboard doors was full of finger prints, actually had to go and buy disinfectant to clean and disinfect the doors.
*Attention to detail: no chopping board or tea towels in the kitchen, it did not have proper full mirror, just some dark one and funny shaped that you cannot see well.
*The air conditioning unit did not work, one night was quite cold, so could not turn on the heating.
*Also was only Russian TV, no Lithuanian TV. You come to Lithuania but no Lithuanian TV on TV.
* I wanted to hoover during my stay however when I found hoover it was full, with a lot of dirt inside, so just left it.
*In the bathroom, the toilet brush was not clean, had some yellow staining, so it was a bit...
*And in the bathroom, the shower pipe, where the shower water goes down the drain was smelling so bad, especially in the morning, was smelling like sewage. We had to go and buy a product to put down the drain in the evening, so that the smell will be more bearable in the morning.
