We just stayed overnight, but the condo is very cozy and was the cleanest condo I’ve stayed in. However the owners could spend a few more dollars on a few things to make the stay a little more appealing. The bi-fold doors in the kitchen closet is held together by nails at the bottom which is a bit of an eyesore. Used bi-fold doors can be purchased on fb marketplace place for as little as $20 or new for around $90 and it’s a simple DIY. There is a short in the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. There isn’t enough voltage to light the higher end light bulbs that were installed. I changed them out with bulbs that were in the pantry and there was just enough voltage to barely illuminate them. I’ve installed many ceiling fans and this one has a short in it. I wasn’t able to get the TV work in the master bedroom. I followed the directions on the print out. I had no problems with the TV in the living room.
But overall it’s a great place that I would recommend and stay again. Great location.

The wife and I made this a stop while heading back home to Louisiana. We had a great time in gulf shores as we always do. If you want to avoid the crowds and do some shopping for Christmas this is a must do. We will be back next year to do the same thing so we can visit the outlet mall and save some money.

Location was great! The inside is updated however it was not clean. I want to preface the following statements; we stay all over the country and do not expect perfection. This was the most unclean place we have ever stayed. The floors were disgusting and appeared to not have been mopped in some time. The condo had an unclean odor to it, to the extent we went and bought candles to offset the smell. "Clean" dishes in the cabinets were not clean at all, we had to wash everything by hand before use. I sent pictures to the property management firm and never received a response. I would not recommend this condo.

The condo is newly renovated, spacious and very cozy. Centrally located to restaurants and shops. The view is great!!! Will DEFINITELY stay there again!!!

This condo was in an excellent location. Had never been to Gulf Shores and didn't really know the layout of the beach and restaurants. Well, this was perfect for everything! The view was AWESOME! The beach as my husband said was "half a sand wedge shot from the condo"! Also the furniture on the balcony was very comfortable. Enjoyed morning coffee, sunrises, sunsets, my book and the sounds of the ocean.

Our condo itself was good. No issues within the condo other than the last day having water leak issues but the storms were to blame.
My biggest complaint was the chairs and umbrella that was “included” with the condo. When I was deciding between 2 I chose this one based on paid chairs. They did not have chairs and umbrella paid for and the company at the beach stated it had not been renewed for the year. We couldn’t get Vacasa to respond for 4 days . Kept getting the run around and ultimately they refunded me $90 of the $160 I had to pay for 2 chairs for 5 days. IN the condo they have a sign also stating free chairs. If I was an owner I would hope my management company would let me know and correct the issue accordingly. Instead I spent hours getting no where and by day 5 got $90 towards the chairs.
I call about a water leak and they responded within minutes. So with that said I book A lOT through VRBO, Vacasa, hotels etc. I have never left a negative review or complained. I just want others to be aware that if you care or decide based on “free chairs/umbrella” it’s a marketing tool that doesn’t follow through.

This condo was perfect. Had the best most relaxing vacay in a long time. Felt like being home without all the stress. Close to everything and met some really nice people. Will definitely stay here on our next beach trip. Everything was as stated on the listing, only thing I missed was the fact there wasn't a blow dryer on the premises. But was an easy fix with a trip to Walmart. Highly recommend!!!

This was a beautiful condo and we loved our stay. Everything was as listed and the only issue we had was a smoke alarm beeping. Which I’m sure the battery will be replaced and all will be well.
You do need to be aware that they send an electronic checkout, so it wasn’t until 7 hours after we had left and I checked my phone to find out. I did call once I arrived home to let them know. They said housekeeping saw we had gone and it was fine.

This was our third and hopefully not the last stay in this wonderful condo unit! This "Home" has everything you need/ want to make your stay amazing! We couldn't help but notice the updates! The new fresh flooring throughout the unit looks amazing and was easy to maintain cleanliness during our 2-week stay! We all enjoyed the new patio set on the balcony and spent many evenings watching the waves and sunsets.
And the new larger beds in the 2nd bedroom made the kids very happy! We can't wait to return! The maintenance staff kept elevators and walkways spotless. We all call this our "home" away from home.

Property was perfect for attending the Shrimp Festival! Clean and just as advertised. In fact, could update the listing with bedroom 2 has two double beds, instead of 1 twin and 1 double. That worked out perfectly for us.

Condo was very nice, clean, and plenty of room. Was surprised that paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, etc., were already furnished so it's truly 'ready' when you get there. Master bed was very comfortable- which is always a concern for me.

Great property at Gulf Shores. Very clean and as advertised. Great location. Only thing we would recommend is having the cleaning supplies like paper towels, napkins and things like salt and pepper, coffee filters. 5 stars for our experience.

The condo itself was great. Nice view, great pool, easy beach access. Our experience with Vacasa was awful. Our bed wasn’t made, we weren’t left basic necessities like dishwasher tabs or trash bags. We contacted Vacasa twice with no resolution, ended up having to go out and buy dishwasher tabs and used grocery bags for garbage. Again, the condo was great. Our experience with Vacasa was terrible.

Condo was well equipped and looked pretty new and updated. Our only complaints - cleanliness of the tub (which was slow draining and reported). We also found cereal underneath the furniture in the living room. Our biggest complaint was how loud the condo was. I know they can't control the other renters in the other units - but dealing with yelling in the stairwell and loud banging and noise late at night (midnight) was not good for us. Our neighbors upstairs seemed to be the biggest offenders of this. Yelling and banging from their balcony. So glad our stay was short because I couldn't have handled a week of that.
